This issue was first noticed on December 13th, 2021, and has been an ongoing frustration. I am constantly getting this error: "Parking Sensor Error or Blockage." Please take a look at the attached picture as a reference. On February 8th, 2022, I brought my Hyundai Palisade to the dealer's service department for them to find out what may be wrong. Their technician notes: "Scan all modules for codes with GDS. No DTC in any module. Drove vehicle testing all front and rear sensors, and all are working as designed." Please see attached PDF of the service department's official printout. But I have had the same repeating issue since, most recently, last week. Something must be wrong with these technicians. Last year I had the front passenger window whistling sound issue, and technicians said after driving the Palisade that nothing was wrong with it and everything was working as designed. Time after, Hyundai issued a recall because of this issue! I don't trust the service department, and driving this car with a faulty sensor is a concern. Please advise, as the warranty period might be almost over, and I don't know what else to try. We barely use this car; while not in use, it's parked inside a garage and, when used, is for road trips.
Front wipers stop unexpectedly operating when in moderate snow conditions. Wipers will not operate again for 3-4 minutes, leaving driver stranded on roadway. The dealer, after consultation with Hyundai tech support, says it appears the motor overheats but replacing it with a new motor will not solve the problem. The have not replaced it to verify that position. As the owner, this is a scary and dangerous situation when it occurs and appears that the motor overheats prematurely and then requires time to cool off. Problem has occurred 4 times. The fact that neither the dealer nor the manufacturer have responded with a solution
A few days ago a small pebble was thrown up from a car in front of me while traveling from work which led to a small 1" spider crack in the windshield. By the next morning, this spider had grown to about 1' long. And now by the end of this week it has grown to more than 2' long.
The contact owns a 2020 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated that while driving 20 MPH, an explosion was heard. Later, the sounds of marbles rolling around the vehicle were heard. When the contact opened the sunroof, she noticed the sunroof glass had detached. There was no impact on the sunroof that could have caused it to shatter. The contact did not sustain any injuries. The dealer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the next available appointment would be in November. The contact contacted an independent mechanic and was able to schedule an upcoming appointment. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact they would call back. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
Car was purchased new in May of 2020 and all systems worked as expected. After approx 3 months and 2000 miles the rear backup camera began to pixilate and then failed resulting in a blue screen. Went to a different dealer and they advised replacement of the camera. Returned vehicle to another dealer and they replaced the camera and it worked for about a month then pixilated and failed again. Took the car to a different dealer who checked the connections and cable and advised that the camera needed replacement again. This will be 4 Hyundai dealers that have looked at the car and camera now has a blue screen.
The contact owns a 2020 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated that the front windshield had cracked without impact. The contact stated he had replaced the front windshield three times. The contact had taken the vehicle to a glass repair shop for the front windshield replacement. The vehicle was not diagnosed. A dealer was not contacted. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 10,000.
Windshield crack appeared near the roof line just to the drivers side of the rear view mirror and traveled immediately ~18 inches diagonally towards the passenger wiper blade. There appears to be a very tiny nick where the crack started, but if something hit the windshield it was so small we never heard it and the crack traveled instantly across the windshield. The car was hand washed the day prior and no cracks/chips were evident.
When driving down the tollway in my city early in the morning, no cars around for at least 200 yards, something small hit my windshield causing a spiderweb crack in the center of windshield. Will have owned the vehicle for 2 weeks as of tomorrow and has less than 3k miles on it.
I have a 2020 hyundai palisade and it only has 9000 miles on it. The driver side seat belt and the second row middle seat belt will not buckle anymore. The driver seat belt start just a few month after i bought the car. The second row middle seat belt issue looks like came with the new car , we did not know because we did not use that seat until now. The dealer is making this my issue and they are telling me , this is due things stuck in the seat belt and asking me to pay to fix the issue.
While we were in a store shopping the windshield spontaneously cracked. No reason, not caused by a rock chip or any other impact.
The contact owns a 2020 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated that a crack was observed on the windshield starting in the middle of the glass under the rearview mirror. The contact stated while driving at approximately 35 MPH, the windshield cracked to the base of the windshield along the frame and across the driver's side. The contact drove the vehicle to an independent glass repair shop where the windshield was replaced. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 12,000.
I walked out to my vehicle in the driveway this morning and the windshield was cracked for no apparent reason. There were no visible chips near the crack. Crack extended from lower Driver's side corner upwards and across to almost the center-line. I also had to previously repair two chips in the windshield that did not appear to be from debris damage. It would appear that the windshield is defective as installed at the factory.
The rear windshield shattered unprovoked. This was only 3 weeks after being repaired for the same issue. This is the third time.
At 12,800 miles, while parked, a 18'' to 24'' windshield crack spontaneously appeared originating from the lower, passenger side edge, sloping up towards driver side. Nothing came into contact with the glass, and no chipped starting point is visible.
While driving in heavy rains , check engine light comes up and vehicle starts vibrating. Once the vehicle is stopped and restarted the light & vibration goes away. This happened twice in 2 months ( July & aug 2021) and while driving in Interstate. I did report to the dealer/service manager after the first time and they were not able to pull up any logs/codes from the vehicle computers. The second time, it happened, I took the photo of the same. First time it occured when I had about 17500 miles on the vehicle. Second time it was 19643 miles. Both times it was raining heavily and speed was between 40- 50 miles/hour
No problems
My back windshield shattered unprovoked once again. This is the second time.
The auto glass must all be restored. It’s essential that the windows/ windshield be in good condition at all times. Driving with a chipped or cracked windshield may put me and my passengers at risk for injury in the event of a rollover or collision. I do not feel safe with this windshield as the crack spread halfway within 24hours.
While on highway or driving over 30MPH, there begins a whistling noise that can get pretty loud on the highway. It seems as though the seal of the door is not properly molded around the door allowing the wind to get in and create a very annoying noise while driving.
VEHICLE WINDSHIELD STARTED CRACKING AT THE TOP MIDDLE AND MOVED DOWN THE WINDSHIELD. WE DID NOT NOTICE ANY ROCK HITS TO HAVE CAUSED IT. WITHIN 2 DAYS THE CRACK SPREAD ACROSS THE WINDSHIELD ON THE PASSENGER SIDE TO THE EDGE. IT HAS NOW STARTED TO DO THE SAME TOWARDS THE DRIVERS SIDE. FROM RESEARCHING FOR A REPLACEMENT WINDSHIELD IT SEEMS LIKE THE WINDSHIELD CRACKING IS A MAJOR ISSUE FOR THIS VEHICLE.
About 1 1/2 hours into a 7 hr trip driving on vacation the car started running rough. Upon slowing the engine shut off several times. The car started knocking and the check engine light came on about 30 min from our destination. We took it to the closest Hyundai dealer who informed us the engine needed to be replaced because it had no oil in it. We NEVER had a low oil light or check oil light come on. I had checked the oil life before we left on our trip and knew I had a cushion of several hundred miles before it was due for an oil change. This could have caused all of us in the car since the car shut off and all power was gone.
emergency brakes came on ,on the freeway twice ,and one in front ,no other car around. on the right side a person in the parking lot while the car was moving about 2 mph ,walked next too the car and it felt like one brake came on only to slow me down and did not stop ,just braked for 2 seconds ,like on the freeway all the brakes came on the freeway, but in the parking lot only one came on it felt like.
My tire was losing air so we took it to a local tire shop to be repaired thinking it had a nail in it or something. Turns out it was losing air because the wheel was cracked and slightly bent. The only 2 people who drive this car are my husband and I and neither of us could recall hitting or running over anything. The Hyundai dealer refused to submit a warranty claim (car had 16,200 miles on it), so we called Hyundai corporate and they submitted a warranty claim that would be assigned to a case manager and they would get back to us. That was 5/24 and by 6/15 we still hadn't heard anything back from them in spite of calling 3 more times to check the status of the case. I believe either this particular wheel was defective or the engineering design of the wheel is wrong. We still have the wheel for inspection. No warning lights other than the low tire pressure warning came on. The dealer inspected the wheel twice and Les Schwab (tire place) inspected it twice and installed a used ("take-off") wheel for us yesterday. The tire had no damage and there was no damage of any kind anywhere on my car, so I find it hard to believe that we could have hit something so hard to crack the wheel but had no other damage and couldn't remember any such event. The crack is over 1 inch long and absolutely could have caused a blowout or accident, so we weren't able to use the car much for a month except right around our home.
Steering wheel makes whirring sound when turned. Service department aknowledged the problem and replaced the worm gear in the steering shaft. Issue went away. Now about 5000 miles since repair the same issue is back.
Having a lot of issue with the rear seatbelt buckle being recessed to far into the seat to ensure it was properly buckled. There has been a few incidents where my child was unaware she did not fully buckle until the seatbelt came undone. It’s gotten to the point where we decided to put her back into the car seat rather than a booster due to how difficult it is to buckle the seatbelt correctly
JUST PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE YESTERDAY. TOOK IT FOR A TEST DRIVE TWO DAYS EARLIER AND NOTICED VERY STRONG INTERIOR ODOR, SUCH A CARPET CLEANER OR DISINFECTANT, WHICH WE ASSUMED WAS FROM DEALERSHIP TRYING TO CLEAN, BUT OTHER CARS WE TEST DROVE DID NOT HAVE THIS SMELL. BOTH MY US AND AND I CAME HOME THAT AFTERNOON WITH A STRONG HEADACHE THAT LASTED ALL NIGHT. WE ASSUMED IT WAS FROM STRESS AND CAR SHOPPING'S. WE STILL DECIDED TO PURCHASE THE CAR, ASSUMING IT WAS STILL JUST A DISINFECTANT AND WOULD GO AWAY. BROUGHT HOME, OPENED ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS AND BACK HATCH TO AIR OUT. SPRAYED WITH NATURAL AIR FRESHENER ALL OVER CARPETS AND FLOORS. AFTER ONE NIGHT OF SITTING CLOSED INSIDE THE GARAGE, OPENED UP THE DOORS TO FIND THE SMELL IS GETTING STRONGER AND MORE INTENSE. OPENED THE WINDOWS TO LET AIR OUT AND SPRAYED CARPETS AGAIN. TODAY, AN ARTICLE WAS RELEASED THAT THOUSANDS OF OTHER HYUNDAI PALISADE OWNERS ARE COMPLAINING OF THE SAME ISSUE, AND IS TIED TO THE HIGHER END MODELS AND NAPPA LEATHER SEAT, WHICH WE HAVE. WE NOW HAVE LEARNED THAT HYUNDAI HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE AND ARE NOT RESPONDING. WE ARE SAD TO FIND OUT THAT OUR 1 DAY OLD CAR (TO US) HAS SUCH A WIDESPREAD PROBLEM THAT WE WERE NOT AWARE OF AND CANNOT STAND. WE ARE CONCERNED ABOUT THE MATERIALS AND PRODUCTS USED TO BUILD THIS HIGH END VEHICLE AND IT'S AFFECTS ON OUR HEALTH. I AM VERY SENSITIVE TO SMELL AMD HAVE COMPLAINED OF THIS AWFUL SCENT SINCE WE FIRST SAT IN THE CAR. NOW THAT WE KNOW THIS MAY NOT BE SOMETHING THAT WILL JUST AIR OUT AND MAY BE AN INHERENT PROBLEM DIRECTLY FROM HYUNDAI, WE WANT ACTION. THIS MAY BE THE REAL REASON WHY THE PREVIOUS OWNER TURNED IT IN. IT IS AWFUL AND I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE SITTING MYSELF OR MY FAMILY IN OUR NEWLY PURCHASED VEHICLE. WE FEEL HYUNDAI SHOULD REPLACE OR REPAIR THIS PROBLEM WITH A RECALL!
THIS IS A USED 2020 PALISADE. I AM UNABLE TO CHANGE THE OWNER ON THE MYHUNDAI APP SO THE OLD OWNER CAN START MY CAR REMOTELY, CHANGE THE MODES OF AUTOPILOT CRUISE CONTROL WITHOUT MY PERMISSION ENDANGERING THE PASSENGERS. THE WEBSITE TO UPDATE THE OWNER IS BROKEN. I CONTACTED HYUNDAI SUPPORT 5 TIMES OVER A MONTH AND THEY SAID IT WAS FIXED AND UPDATED MY INFORMATION AND TO UPDATE THE OWNER BUT IT STILL WON'T ALLOW ME TO CHANGE IT AFTER SUBMITTING THE REG, BILL OF SALE, AND MY DRIVERS LIC IMAGE AS REQUESTED.
THE MIDDLE ROW BUCKET SEATBELTS ARE INSTALLED TOO LOW INTO THE RECESS OF THE SEAT MAKING BUCKING EXTREMELY HARD, AND AT TIMES, PREVENTING THE SEATBELT FROM CLICKING INTO PLACE AT ALL.
WAS DRIVE ON THE EXPRESSWAY AT 55MPH AND SOMETHING STRUCK THE WINDSHIELD. A SMALL CHIP WAS ON THE GLASS. I CALLED MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND THEY SENT SAFELITE GLASS TO REPAIR THE CHIP. AFTER TRYING TO REPAIR THE CHIP A LARGE CRACK DEVELOPED AND NOW THE WINDSHIELD HAS TO BE REPLACED. THE WINDSHIELD IS NOT SAFE IN MY OPINION. A SMALL CHIP SHOULD NOT CAUSE THE WINDSHIELD TO BE REPLACED.
A TINY STONE KICKED UP WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY BARELY MADE A NOISE AND CRACKED THE WINDSHIELD. I TRIED TO HAVE REPAIRED AND IT SPREAD. CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FRAGILE THE WIND SHIELD IS FROM A BE TINY STONE. I TOOK IT TO SAFELITE AND IT IMMEDIATELY SPREAD, NOW I HAVE TO REPLACE OT
SUNROOF EXPLODED WHILE DRIVING 45MPH IN NEW HYUNDAI PALISADE 2020 MODEL WITH 17K MILES, SUNROOF WAS NOT CRACKED OR OPEN, WAS COMPLETELY SEALED.
WINDSHIELD WIPERS QUIT WORKING ALL OF SUDDEN WHILE DRIVING WHEN IT'S SNOWING CAUSING ONE TO PULL OFF THE ROAD. IT DOESN'T HAVE TOO BE A HEAVY SNOW FALL. IT'S A VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE AND HAS HAPPENED ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS DURING 2020 & 2021 WINTERS
WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY 290 WEST TO FREDICKSBURG, TEXAS ON APRIL 2,2021, SPEED LIMIT VARIES FROM 50-60 MPH, THE VEHICLE JUST STOPPED, ALL SYSTEMS WERE OUT, MESSAGE ON THE SCREEN SAID "TAKE TO SERVICE, WHEN CONVENIENT". IT WAS VERY SCARY AS THE VEHICLES FROM BEHIND WERE HONKING AND I COULD NOT GET THE CAR TO THE SIDE. IT COULD HAVE BEEN A MAJOR ACCIDENT WITH FATALITIES.
VEHICLE EXACTLY 1 YEAR OLD WITH FULL WARRANTY, WAS DRIVING DOWN ROAD WITH NO VEHICLES IN FRONT OF ME AND SUNROOF EXPLODED. IT SOUNDED LIKE A SHOT GUN WENT OFF INSIDE THE VEHICLE AND GLASS PIECES CAME DOWN ALL OVER ME AND MY WIFE. THIS APPEARS TO BE A COMMON ISSUE WITH PREVIOUS HYUNDA SANTA FE AND TUSCON MODELS AND THE DEALER CLAIMS A ROCK PECK CAUSED THIS AND THAT IS SIMPLY NOT TRUE. ITS BEEN A TERRIBLE BATTLE WITH THE LOCAL DEALERSHIP AND THEY ARE ASKING ME TO FILE A COMPREHENSIVE CLAIM WITH INSURANCE COMPANY HOWEVER I DONT FEEL I SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE SIMPLY BECAUSE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO SO MANY PEOPLE, EVEN PEOPLE WHO OWN THE NEW 2020 PALISADE. ITS MORE COMMON ON DUAL SUNROOFS BUT WE HAVE THE SINGLE SUNROOM AND I PROMISE, IT WAS A VERY SCARY SITUATION THAT WE DONT WANT TO EXPERIENCE EVER AGAIN. WE HAVE BEEN PROUD HYUNDAI OWNERS OVER THE PAST 8 YEARS AND IF THEY ELECT NOT TO HELP US WITH THIS ISSUE OF REPAIRS, UNFORTUNATELY WE WILL TRADE THE VEHICLE AND NEVER PURCHASE HYUNDAI AGAIN.
SMALL PEBBLE STRUCK WINDSHIELD AND LARGE CRACK OCCURRED ON DRIVER SIDE. HAD WINDSHIELD REPLACED ON 2/25/21. ON 3/20/21, ANOTHER LARGE CRACK APPEARED ON DRIVERS SIDE FOR NO APPARENT REASON.
THE WINDSHIELD IN THIS CAR IS HORRIBLE! I'VE ALREADY HAD 2 CRACKS IN IT, ONE OF WHICH THAT HAS SPREAD SO BAD IT WILL HAVE TO BE REPLACED. ONLY 15,000 MILES ON THE CAR! NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THIS HAPPEN WITH ANY OTHER CAR I'VE OWNED.
WAS TRAVELING IN THE SUBJECT VEHICLE AT APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH ON A WELL MAINTAINED COUNTY STREET WHEN A SMALL PIECE OF GRAVEL STRUCK AND CRACKED THE WINDSHIELD. THE NEAREST VEHICLE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100 YARDS AHEAD, TRAVELING IN THE SAME DIRECTION.
DRIVING ON A TWO LANE RURAL ROAD DURING A SNOWSTORM, A TOWN SNOW PLOW STOPPED SUDDENLY IN FRONT OF ME. WHEN I STOPPED SHORT, SNOW SLID OFF OF MY ROOF ONTO THE WINDSHIELD. WHEN THIS HAPPENED, MY WIPERS STOPPED WORKING ALTOGETHER, LEAVING ME WITH NO FORWARD VISIBILITY AT ALL.
SEVERAL TIMES WHEN IT SNOWED THIS WINTER, I HAD ISSUES WITH THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FREEZING UP ON ME. THIS SEEMS LIKE A MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN AND SHOULD BE ADDRESSED IMMEDIATELY.
WITH SNOW, THE WIPERS JUST STOP WORKING IF TOO MUCH SNOW PILES UP IN THE WELL EVEN WHEN DRIVING.
AT HIGHHWAY SMALL ROCK HIT MY CAR AND THERE WAS SMALL CIRCLE AND ANOTHER SMALL ROCK HIT ON THE DRIVER SIDE. LATER ON AFTER FEW HOURS I SAW 3 INCHES CRACK AT WINDSHIELD AND WITHIN 8 HOURS IT INCREASED TO MORE THEN 12 INCHES.
I HAVE A 2020 PALISADE AND I LIVE IN MAINE. TODAY WAS THE THIRD SEPARATE EPISODE THAT MY WIPERS COMPLETELY DISABLED WHILE I WAS DRIVING. I SPENT QUITE A WHILE PRIOR TO DRIVING CLEANING OUT THE AREA NEAR THE WIPERS, AND HAD TO STOP THREE TIMES ON MY HOUR LONG COMMUTE TO WORK TO CLEAR MORE ICE/SNOW FROM THE AREA WHERE THE WIPERS REST. THE FIRST TWO TIMES I WAS UNSUCCESSFUL AND IT WAS VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE. THE WIPERS WERE WORKING WHEN I LEFT MY HOUSE AND BECAME DISABLED AS I WAS DRIVING. THE WEATHER WAS A MIX OF SLEET, RAIN AND SNOW BUT WITH MINIMAL BUILDUP THAT WOULD'VE CAUSED THE WIPERS TO BE DISABLED. I HAD NO WARNING OR VISIBILITY AND AN ACCIDENT COULD HAVE EASILY OCCURRED. I HAVE A VIDEO OF THE ISSUE.
2020 Hyundai Palisade purchased in May, 2020, amid COVID shutdown, and not driven as much as normal until September, 2020. In February, 2021 was driving along a 4-lane parkway (speed limit 55) and something struck the windshield. All other vehicles were at least 2 car lengths away and the sound of the strike sounded like an insect hitting the windshield. What resulted was a nickel sized, spidery crack on the passenger side, about a third of the way from the top. When Safelite attempted to repair this, it immediately spread out as they applied pressure while installing their equipment. Windshield had to be replaced (Hyundai glass used). August, 2021 car was being driven on 6-lane interstate (65mph) when a large rock struck the lower part of the passenger side of windshield. Large crack resulted which immediately spread across windshield, necessitating another windshield replacement (3rd party glass used). A week later, on 4-lane highway, while 2+ car lengths behind a semi, it sounded as if the car was being sprayed by sand followed by a loud pop. What resulted was a small crack at the edge of the passenger side which quickly spread horizontally until making an upward turn which slowed its progress. After waiting 6 weeks for a replacement (Hyundai glass) to come in, windshield was replaced for 3rd time on 11/2/21. Less than 24 hours later, while driving in traffic on 10-lane section of interstate (60mph), a loud pop occurred resulting in a nickel-sized, spidery chip in about the same location as the first instance. If history holds true, this will probably necessitate another windshield replacement. Having driven all of these same roads for 25+ years, prior to this vehicle, I have only had 2 other windshield chips, both which were repairable. 4 windshield replacements within 9 months is indicative of a design flaw.
WHEN SNOW BUILDS UP IN THE WINDSHIELD WIPER WELL THE WIPERS STOP WORKING.
WHILE DRIVING A SMALL PEBBLE STRUCK MY WINDSHIELD AND IMMEDIATELY CRACKED IT. THIS WAS NOT A ROCK, BOULDER OR ANYTHING OF SIZE, IT WAS A PEBBLE. I HAVE SEEN THAT OTHER 2020 PALISADE OWNERS HAVE ALSO HAD THEIR WINDSHIELD CRACK UNDER THESE SAME CIRCUMSTANCES. ITS UNREAL THAT HYUNDAI IS ALLOWED TO SELL CARS WITH INSUFFICIENT WINDSHIELDS WITH THIN GLASS. THIS CAN POTENTIALLY CAUSE A SAFETY HAZARD WHEN YOUR UNABLE TO SEE OUT OF YOUR CRACKED WINDSHIELD AT HIGHWAY SPEEDS.
CRACKED DRIVER WINDOW, NO VISUAL SIGN ON DING
The contact owns a 2020 Hyundai Palisade. The contact stated while driving in the snow, the windshield wipers became inoperable. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact stated the failure only occurred in cold weather. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed with needing the windshield wiper motors to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V627000 (Visibility) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. VIN tool confirms parts not available. The failure mileage was approximately 40,000.
I HAVE A HYUNDAI PALISADE 2020 AND THE WINDSHIELD IS TO WEEK I REPLACE TWICE ALREADY THE HYUNDAI COMPANY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING WITH IT ..THERE'S A LOT CLAIMS WITH THIS MODEL SUV
DRIVER SIDE WHISTLE WHEN DRIVING THE CAR IF THE WHEN THE WIND IS COMING FROM THE DRIVER SIDE OF THE CAR. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TOT BE LIMITED TO HIGHWAY DRIVING AND ONLY LOW WHISTLES IN THE CITY. IT DON'T SEEM TO HAVE ANY WHISTLING WHEN THERE IS NO WIND, TAILWIND OR HEADWIND. THE WHISTLE WHEN ON THE HIGHWAY IS SO LOUD IT IS DISTRACTING AND MAKING IT DIFFICULT TO CONCENTRATE ON DRIVING THEREFORE A SAFETY HAZARD. THE DEALER SAY IT IS BEEN RESEARCHED AND IS HARD TO REPRODUCE THEREFORE IS DOING NOTHING ABOUT THE ISSUE. I HAVE VIDEO FILE FOR YOU TO LISTEN TO THAT I CAN UPLOAD SOMEWHERE OR SEND.
NEW 2020 PALISADE GOT A CRACKED WINDSHIELD WITHIN 3 WEEKS OF PURCHASE (300 MILES) FROM A TINY PEBBLE AT 30 MPH ON A SIDE ROAD. REPLACED ON 9/17/2020. A SECOND CRACK APPEARED YESTERDAY (1/10/21) ON THE REPLACEMENT WINSHIELD AT 6351 MILES. NOTHING WAS HEARD OR SEEN TO CAUSE THIS ONE AGAIN DRIVING G ON A SIDE ROAD. SO I HAVE HAD TWO BROKEN WINDSHIELDS ON THIS NEW VEHICLE IN A VERY SHORT TIME UNDER LIGHT DRIVING CONDITIONS.
