Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)AS I WAS ACCELERATING TO ACCESS HIGHWAY, I WAS NOT ABLE TO ACCELERATE MY VEHICLE. IT WAS AS IF I WAS RUNNING OUT OF GAS. I KEPT PRESSING THE GAS PEDAL AND IT SLOWLY STARTED TO ACCELERATE AND SEEMED FINE. A FEW MINUTES LATER WHEN I WAS SITTING AT A RED LIGHT, THE CAR DIED. I PUT IT IN PARK AND RESTARTED AND IT WAS FINE. A FEW DAYS LATER THE SAME THING HAPPENED AS I WAS IN THE CARPOOL LINE AT MY DAUGHTER'S SCHOOL. CAR WAS RUNNING, WHILE I WAITED AND IT SUDDENLY SHUT DOWN. WHEN I RESTARTED, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED AND REMAINED ON. I CHECKED MY MANUAL AND THOUGHT IT COULD BE THE GAS CAP WASN'T ON TIGHT ENOUGH OR BAD GAS. FILLED UP MY TANK AND A FEW HOURS LATER CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT OUT. TODAY THE CAR DIED AS I WAS PULLING INTO MY DRIVEWAY, HOWEVER IMMEDIATELY RESTARTED. RESEARCHED RECALL INFORMATION AND CONTACTED INFINITI AND WAS TOLD MY VEHICLE WAS NOT PART OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER 03V455000. *TR
