I WAS AT FAST-FOOD DRIVETHROUGH WAITING TO PAY THE ATTENDANT WHEN I FELT SOMETHING HIT MY HEAD FROM BEHIND. IT WAS THE THE DEPLOYED HEADREST THAT HAD STRUCK ME. I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE HOME AND WILL TRY TO FIND OUT HOW TO HAVE THE HEADREST RESET PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY WITH MY FOOT ON THE BRAKE WHEN THE HEADREST DEPLOYED.
WHEN DRIVING ON THE ROAD AND COMING TO A STOP NO PROBLEM UNTIL IT'S NEEDED TO ACCELERATE THEN THE TRUCK WILL HESITATE. WHEN GOING FROM A STOP SIGN AND MAKING A LEFT OR RIGHT THEN JEEP WILL HESITATE REAL BAD AND THE VEHICLE WILL TAKE AWHILE TO GET UP TOO SPEED
THE PASSENGER HEADREST DEPLOYED WHILE I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD ON A CITY STREET NO ONE WAS AROUND MY VEHICLE THE STREET WAS EMPTY MY HUSBAND WAS IN THE PASSENGER SEAT AND IT SLAMMED INTO THE BACK OF HIS HEAD. NOW I'M NERVOUS THAT THE DRIVER AIDE WILL DO THE SAME.
SEAT BELT WILL NOT RETRACT.
THE ACTIVE HEAD RESTRAINT DEPLOYED WHILE PARKED IN MY DRIVEWAY. THIS IS THE DRIVER'S SIDE HEADREST. NOW MY WIFE IS AFRAID TO SIT ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE FEARING INJURY FROM A HEADREST DEPLOYMENT ON THAT SIDE.
THOS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I HAVE TO REPLACE THE DRIVER HEADLIGHT. IHAVE SEEN MULTIPLE JEEP GC IN THE STREET WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE SPECIFICALLY WHEN YOUR LIGHTS ARE NOT WORKING AT NIGHT AND YOUBARE DRIVING WITH YOUR FAMILY IN RURAL ROADS. BOTH TIMES IT HAPPEND WHEN I STARTED THE VEHICLE TO LEAVE A FAMILY MEMBER HOME AT NIGHT
ACTIVE HEADREST INADVERTENTLY DEPLOYED ON AUGUST 21, 2020 ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION. MY WIFE WAS DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AT ABOUT 70MPH, AND I WAS SITTING IN THE PASSENGER SEAT, WHICH WAS RECLINED SLIGHTLY. I BELIEVE I HAD SAT UP FOR A MINUTE AND WAS LAYING BACK DOWN IN THE SEAT WHEN I HEAD A LOUD NOISE AND FELT SOMETHING HIT THE BACK OF MY HEAD. IT SCARED ME MORE THAN ANYTHING AND ONLY HURT A LITTLE AND FOR A SHORT TIME. I DID HAVE A HEADACHE THAT NIGHT WHICH IS NOT NORMAL FOR ME, BUT NO OTHER INJURIES. I SAW THERE IS AN OPEN INVESTIGATION INTO THIS PROBLEM, NHTSA ACTION NUMBER PE19014. I WANT TO GET IT FIXED. WHAT IS THE STATUS OF THE INVESTIGATION?
I WENT TO MY CAR ONE MORNING AND SAT IN THE FRONT SEAT. WHILE SITTING IN THE SEAT THE HEADREST MADE A LOUD PIPING SOUND AND HIT ME IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD. IT THROUGH ME FORWARD AND MY FACE HIT THE STEERING WHEEL.
THE 8 SPEED AUTOMATIC SEIZED UP AND ALMOST KILLED MY FAMILY. THIS YEAR VEHICLE IS NOTORIOUS FOR TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS. JEEP CORPORATE AND FIELDS DEALERSHIP AREN'T ADDRESSING THIS SAFETY CONCERN. THE CAR LOST ALL POWER, STALLED, SEIZED UP, AND WE ALMOST GOT REAR ENDED. THIS WAS IN MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS ON AUGUST 21ST, 2020 AROUND 12PM. WE PICKED UP THE VEHICLE AT FIELDS DEALERSHIP, ONLY GOT 7 MILES BEFORE THE VEHICLE ALMOST KILLED US. THE DEALERSHIP AND CAR MFG, JEEP, REFUSE TO TAKE THIS ISSUE SERIOUSLY.
FRONT PASSENGER SEAT HEADREST POPPED OPEN, INEXPLICABLY. IT CANNOT BE MOVED BACK INTO POSITION. THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED INJURY IF SOMEONE HAD BEEN SITTING IN THAT SEAT AT THE TIME OF MALFUNCTION. THE SEAT MALFUNCTIONED WHILE DRIVING NORTH ON INTERSTATE 55, NORTH OF BLOOMINGTON, ILLINOIS.
MY DRIVER'S SIDE SEATBELT WILL NOT COME OUT IN ORDER FOR ME TO STRAP IT ON. IT'S LOCKED UP AND WILL ONLY PULL A SHORT WAY OUT OF THE MECHANISM. THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN PARKED AT WORK AND WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO PUT THE SEATBELT ON. I TRIED DIFFERENT THINGS TO SEE IF IT WOULD WORK- STARTED THE CAR AND PUT IN GEAR; TURNED CAR OFF AND GOT OUT AND BACK IN; EVEN TRIED PULLING ON IT WITHOUT SITTING IN THE SEAT - NOTHING WORKED
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELT FAILED TO RETRACT. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER (SUMMIT AUTOMOTIVE CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM ADDRESS: 815 S ROLLING MEADOWS DR, FOND DU LAC, WI 54937 PHONE: (920) 921-0850) WHO STATED THAT THE SEAT BELT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 72,000.
MY WIFE WAS DRIVING US HOME FROM MY DOCTOR APPOINTMENT. WE WERE TRAVELING ABOUT 45-50 MPH ON A FLAT COUNTY ROADWAY. WITHOUT ANY WARNING, THE PASSENGER SIDE HEAD REST EXPLODED AND HIT ME IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD. I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING CERVICAL FUSION IN MY NECK WHICH DOES NOT ALLOW ME TO BEND MY NECK. THE FORCE OF THE BLOW NEARLY CAUSED ME TO HIT THE DASHBOARD. I REPORTED IT TO OUR LOCAL JEEP DEALER WHO INFORMED ME THAT IT WAS NOT A RECALL ITEM, AND WOULD NOT BE COVERED.
I WAS TRAVELING 35 MPH, ALONE IN THE VEHICLE, AND THE DRIVER'S ACTIVE HEAD RESTRAINT SUDDENLY DEPLOYED WITHOUT REASON.
YESTERDAY WHILE DRIVING MY PASSENGER HEAD REST POPPED OPEN WITH NOTHING TOUCHING IT.
AHR ON PASSENGER SIDE DEPLOYED WHILE PARKED IN MY GARAGE OVERNIGHT. NO ACCIDENT OCCURRED TO MAKE THIS HAPPEN
THE AIR BAG IN THE DRIVER SIDE HEADREST WENT OFF AND THE HEADREST IS UNABLE TO RESET. THE DEF LINE AND INJECTORS WENT BAD AND I CANNOT DRIVE MY VEHICLE.
WAS DRIVING TO A DOCTOR'S APPOINTMENT ONE DAY 3 MILES FROM MY HOUSE . THANKFULLY THERE WAS NOT MUCH TRAFFIC OR CARS AROUND. I HEARD A POP AND ALSO SOMETHING HITTING MY HEAD. IT SCARED ME SO PULLED OVER TO SEE WHAT HAPPENED. MY HEADREST HAD POPPED OPEN. I'M GLAD I WAS NOT SITTING ALL THE WAY BACK ON MY CHAIR SINCE I'M 9 MONTHS PREGNANT I DRIVE SITTING A LITTLE FORWARD. IF I WAS GOING FASTER OR SITTING ALL THE WAY BACK IN MY CHAIR IT COULD'VE CAUSED A CRASH.
MY WIFE AND I WERE LEAVING OUR NEIGHBORHOOD DRIVING AT ABOUT 15MPR AND ALL OF A SUDDEN WE HEARD A LOUD BANG AND IT FELT LIKE SOMEONE WAS IN THE SEAT BEHIND ME (I WAS DRIVING) THRUSTING BOTH FEET ON THE BACK OF MY SEAT. WE THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS IN THE BACKSEAT THAT MAY HAVE FLOWN OFF THE SEAT AND STRUCK ME, IT FELT LIKE A BOWLING BALL BUT NOTHING WAS IN THE BACKSEAT . THE ONLY ISSUE IS WE WERE SLOWLY COMING OUT OF OUR DRIVEWAY AND TURNING ONTO OUR STREET AND NEVER APPLIED THE BRAKES UNTIL AFTER WE HEARD THE LOUD BANG. AFTER WE CALMED DOWN WE INSPECTED MY SEAT AND NOTICED THE HEADREST WAS 'DISCHARGED ' AND LOCKED OUT IN AN UPWARD EXTENDED POSITION. WE DIDN'T KNOW IT COULD EVEN DO THIS. FORTUNATELY MY HEAD WAS NOT ON THE HEADREST AT THE TIME AND I WASN'T DRIVING FAST ON THE ROAD. THIS VIOLENT DISCHARGE COULD SERIOUSLY INJURE OR KILL SOMEONE IF IT'S NOT LOOKED INTO. I BEG YOU, PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS!!
I WAS DRIVING AND HAD JUST COME TO A STOP WHEN I WAS HIT IN THE BACK OF MY HEAD. MY HEAD WENT FUZZY AND MY NECK HURT. I THOUGHT I HAD JUST BEEN HIT FROM BEHIND. I LOOKED AND DIDN'T SEE A CAR BEHIND ME. THAT IS WHEN I NOTICED THAT MY HEADREST LOOKED DIFFERENT IT HAD SPRUNG FORWARD AND HIT ME IN THE HEAD. WHEN I LOOKED AT THE HEADREST IT LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING INSIDE HAD BROKEN.
I WAS DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 40MPH ON A US HIGHWAY WHEN I HEARD WHAT SOUNDED LIKE A SHOTGUN. MY SUNROOF HAD EXPLODED FROM THE INSIDE OUT. NOTHING AT ALL HIT THE GLASS.
DRIVER SIDE HEADREST POPPED OPEN WHILE I WAS DRIVING 65 MPH UNEXPECTEDLY. INJURING MY NECK. I WAS ON RT 528 IN ORLANDO, FL.*DT CONSUMER HAS YET TO CALL DEALER OR MANUFACTURER.*JB
AT TIMES AFTER PUTTING IN PARK AND HITTING THE BUTTON TO TURN CAR OFF, IT SAYS CAR IS STILL ON BUT IT'S NOT RUNNING. IT IS SET IN PARK. HAVE TO START AGAIN AND TURN OFF AGAIN THEN IT WILL DO THE SAME THING AND NOT START AT ALL. WILL HAVE TO GET OUT AND LOCK AND UNLOCK CAR TO START IT.
VEHICLE COMPLETELY SHUTS OFF WHILE DRIVING! WHILE DRIVING ON A HIGHWAY AND DOWN A MOUNTAIN, ALSO WHEN DRIVING ON A LOCAL STREET AFTER IT HAD BEEN IN DEALERSHIP FOR REPAIRS. IS CURRENTLY AGAIN AT DEALER SERVICE AND THEY HAVE SAID IT NEEDS A NEW COMPUTER. THIS A VERY FRIGHTENING AND DANGEROUS EXPERIENCE

HEAD REST EXPLODED WHILE DRIVING ON A HIGHWAY, HITTING ME IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE HEARD ALTERNATOR WHINE SOUND WHILE DRIVING AT 50 MPH. THE CONTACT PULLED THE VEHICLE INTO A GAS STATION PARKING LOT. THE CONTACT COULD NOT GET THE VEHICLE TO SHIFT OUT OF NEUTRAL GEAR AND WOULD SHUT OFF. THE CONTACT PUT ON THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ON AND OPENED THE HOOD AND HE SAW FIRE COMING OUT OF THE ALTERNATOR ALONG WITH SMOKE AS THE VEHICLE RAN FOR ANOTHER FIVE MINUTES. THE FLAMES TURNED INTO SMOKE WITH THE ALTERNATOR BURNING UP. THE COMPUTER, THE BATTERY AND OTHER SYSTEMS MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED BY THE FLAMES. THE VEHICLE HAD A RECALL REPAIR FOR THIS ISSUE DONE BACK IN 2017. THE CONTACT SUSPECTS THAT THE RECALL REPAIR DID NOT REPLACE THE ALTERNATOR FROM THAT PREVIOUS REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER ASTORG JEEP (1601 13TH ST, PARKERSBURG, WV 26101 304-485-5555). THE DEALER ORDERED A NEW COMPUTER, AN ALTERNATOR AND A BATTERY. THEY PLAN TO INSTALL THOSE NEW PARTS AND SEE WHAT OTHER PARTS WERE DAMAGED AND ALSO NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT YET BEEN CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 52,000.
THE ACTIVE HEADREST (AHR) DEPLOYED WHILE THE CAR WAS PARKED AND NOT IN USE. ADDITIONALLY, THE CAR HAS NOT BEEN IN ANY COLLISIONS. READING ONLINE, THERE ARE COUNTLESS EXAMPLES OF THIS SAME ISSUE OCCURRING.
THIS VEHICLE HAS BEEN GOING DEAD WHILE TRAVELING MULTIPLE ,IT HAS IN DEALER REPAIR MULTIPLE TIMES. LAST FIX WAS REPLACING COMPUTER COSTING OVER $800. TWO DAYS LATER IT WENT DEAD WHILE A WAY DRIVING ON A HIGHWAY. THAT HAS HAPPENS OVER 6 TIMES! WE REFUTED PAYING THAT BILL WITH DEALER IN MOUNTAIN HOME ARKANSAS. CAR HAS BEEN IN MY GARAGE SINCE THAT TIME. THIS HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN MOUNTAIN HOME AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED WITH A PLAN TO FIX THIS EXTREME DANGER. VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION ALL OF THESE TIMES ON A CURVING HIGHWAY IN HILLS AND WINDING ROAD. I AM TOTALLY FRIGHTENED TO DRIVE IT AND JEEP DOESN'T SEEM TO CARE. I NEED HELP IN RESOLVING THIS.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS NO VEHICLE NEARBY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO BE DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,000.
THE DRIVERS SIDE SEAT BELT DOES NOT RETRACT WHEN RELEASED, CAUSING IT TO BE VERY LOOSE WHEN BUCKLING UP. NOTE: ESTIMATE OF WHEN THIS HAPPENED IS A GUESS. IT WAS PROBABLY HAPPENING FOR A WHILE ONLY SLIGHTLY AND I DIDN'T PAY A LOT OF ATTENTION TO IT. BUT NOW IT HARDLY RETRACTS AT ALL.
The passenger side headrest restraint clips seem to have broken or deployed spontaneously. The vehicle has not been in an accident and the headrest is rarely adjusted/used.
WHEN SHIFT INTO PARK, VEHICLE DOES NOT GO INTO PARK. STAYS IN REVERSE AND MOVES WHEN LET OFF THE BREAK. HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS SINCE THE SHIFT MECHANISM RECALL 'FIX' WAS DONE (1016?) BUT IT IS NOW GETTING WORSE...IS NOW EVERY TIME I DRIVE IT.
ON 7/30/20, I DROVE WITHIN MY DEVELOPMENT (NOT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED) AND THEN SUDDENLY WITHOUT CAUSE/REACTION, THE PASSENGER HEADREST JUDGED OUT INTO THE BACK OF MY PASSENGER'S HEAD.
PULLING A SMALL HORSE TRAILER AND SUDDENLY ENGINE STARTS TO KNOCK AND A COUPLE MINUTES LATER OVERHEATS. STOPPED VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY AND HAD VEHICLE TOWED TO JEEP DEALER AS PARTS OF ENGINE ARE UNDER WARRANTY DUE TO OTHER RECALLS. JEEP DEALER SAYS ENGINE NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THIS IS AN ECODIESEL ENGINE.
Was pulling a trailer and vehicle overheated and caused radiator to leak. Dealer states exhaust fumes were present in coolant overflow tank and states engine needs to be replaced, but refuses to believe this is caused by an EGR Cooler that is under recall
I was driving pulling a light trailer for less than 15 miles and vehicle suddenly and catastrophically overheated. Had vehicle towed to dealership and they identified the root cause as a failed oil cooler. There were no symptoms prior to this failure. Doing preliminary searches for similar issues, there is a very high rate of failures of these oil coolers in both the Jeep Grand Cherokee and RAM 1500 ecoDiesel engines.
FUEL LINE ISSUES (EVAP CODE IS BEING THROWN) CODE 'SERVICE SHIFTER' AND THE PRNDS FLASHES. AS I ACCELERATE THE CAR WON'T SHIFT PAST 1ST GEAR. I TURNED THE CAR OFF AND BACK ON, THE SAME SHIFTER MEMO WAS ON THE SCREEN ACCOMPANIED BY 'SERVICE TRANSMISSON'. I WAS NOT ABLE TO GO MORE THAN 30 MPH WITH THE RPM AT ABOUT 4,000. I WAS ON A CITY STREET.
THE DRIVER HEADREST DEPLOYED WHILE CAR WAS IN PARK.
I WAS DRIVING BY MYSELF, THANKFULLY, AND WAS SLOWING DOWN TO TURN INTO A PARKING LOT, WHEN THE PASSENGER SIDE HEAD REST POPPED APART VIOLENTLY. I WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 20 MPH. WHEN IT EXPLODED. NOW THE FRONT OF THE HEAD REST IS SEPARATED FROM THE BACK AND JUST HANGS THERE WHILE I WAIT FOR THE DRIVER SIDE HEADREST TO SLAM INTO MY HEAD WHILE DRIVING.
THE DRIVERS SIDE ACTIVE HEAD RESTRAINT POPPED OPEN AND HIT ME IN THE HEAD WHILE REVERSING OUT OF A PARKING SPOT.
MY CAR UNEXPECTEDLY SHIFTS INTO NEUTRAL AS I'M DRIVING ON HIGHWAY. THE SHIFTER SLIPS...ALSO WHEN IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE IN PARK..IT STICKS IN REVERSE. SHIFTER SLIPS TO EASILY OUT OF GEAR. ALSO THE TRANSMISSION BANGS INTO GEAR A LOT! CAR ONLY HAS 48K ON IT!
ON 7.25.20 MY HUSBAND AND I WERE DRIVING DOWN INTERSTATE 29 AT 80 MPH AND THE DRIVER SIDE HEADREST EXPLODED FORWARD WITH GREAT FORCE AND HIT MY HUSBAND IN THE BACK OF THE HEAD. LUCKILY HE WAS ABLE TO KEEP CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE SO WE DIDN'T CRASH, HOWEVER NOW HE IS DEALING WITH NECK/SHOULDER PAIN. HE HAD TO REMOVE THE HEADREST SO WE COULD CONTINUE TO DRIVE IT, THERE IS A WIRE ATTACHED TO THE 1 SIDE SO THAT HAD TO BE SNIPPED TO REMOVE HEADREST. NOW MY SERVICE AIRBAG SYSTEM LIGHT IS ON, I'M SURPRISED THE [XXX] THING EVEN STARTS AND RUNS. NOW I FEEL LIKE WE NEED TO REMOVE PASSENGER HEADREST COMPLETELY TO PREVENT ANOTHER INJURY. THIS IS RIDICULOUS, I PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR THIS JEEP AND HAVE HAD NUMEROUS MAJOR ISSUES THAT ARE EXPENSIVE TO FIX.*DT CONSUMER STATED HUSBAND SUSTAINED NECK/SHOULDER PAIN FOR A FEW DAYS BUT IS FINE NOW. *JB PARTS OF THIS DOCUMENT HAVE BEEN REDACTED TO PROTECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).

ENGINE HAS A TICKING NOISE AT 158000 MILES. I HAVE CHANGED OIL ROUTINELY AT DEALERSHIP . I HAVE REPLACED TIRES, TUNEUP, REPLACED A/C MOTOR AND COMPRESSOR AND TRIED TO SELL IT SO CAN BUY A NEW JEEP BUT 3 PEOPLE WERE CONCERNED ABOUT ENGINE NOISE. DEALERSHIP SAYS DIRT GETS IN MOTOR AND IT WILL COST OVER 3K TO FIX IT. I AM NOW STUCK WITH THIS CAR UNTIL IT STOPS WORKING. I AM NOT GOING TO BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER TO FCA.
I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD WHEN ALLAH SODDEN THE HEAD REST DEPLOYED HIT ME IN THE HEAD CAUSING ME TO SWERVE AND SCRAPE MY RIMS AGAINST THE CURVE ALMOST CAUSING AN ACCIDENT
DRIVER SIDE SEATBELT IS NOT ROLLING UP... THE SEAT BELT IS NOT ADJUSTING TO ORIGINAL POSITION. THIS CREATES A SAFETY ISSUE IN CASE THERE IS AN ACCIDENT AND THE SEAT BELT FAIL TO DO ITS JOB.
the transmission will drop in gear from 8th to 4th will have to pull over and turn car off then on will reset works fine in manual but in automatic itll shift on its own
I WAS SIMPLY DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD GOING NO MORE THAN 10 MPH. ALL OF THE SUDDEN I HEARD THIS LOUD POP/BANG AND SOMETHING HIT THE BACK OF MY HEAD. I PULLED OVER AND SAW THAT THE DRIVERS HEADREST HAD EXPLODED.
I AM IN NC VISITING MY FAMILY FOR THE SUMMER AND TODAY DECIDED TO GO WASH MY CAR. AS I WAS LEAVING THE CAR WASH DRIVING DOWN THE STREET (CITY STREET) DRIVING ABOUT 45 MPH AND MY PASSENGER SEAT HEADREST DEPLOYED. I'VE HAD NO ACCIDENTS NOT A BUMP OR ANYTHING FOR IT TO DEPLOY. I IMMEDIATELY TOOK IT TO JEEP AND THE GUY TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDNT GET IN A ACCIDENT, MY HEADREST SHOULD HAVE NOT DEPLOYED. THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT IT WOULD COST ME CLOSE TO 500.00 TO GET A NEW ONE. I'VE MAINTAIN MY TRUCK AND TAKE GOOD CARE OF IT. I HAVE TWO NIECES THAT IS ALWAYS WITH ME AND THANK GOD THEY WERE NOT RIDING WITH ME TODAY. NOW I HAVE TO THINK WHILE DRIVING IS MY DRIVER SIDE HEADREST GOING TO DO THE SAME.
