HYDRAULIC STRUTS (LIFT SUPPORT) FOR BOTH FRONT HOOD AND POWER LIFTGATE COMPLETELY FAIL AND CANNOT STAY OPEN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE CHROME DOOR HANDLES STARTED TO PEEL AWAY, EXPOSING RAZOR SHARP SHARDS OF CHROME. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED THAT THE DOOR HANDLES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED BUT THEY OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 70,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 70,500. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. *TR
TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 LINCOLN NAVIGATOR. THE CONTACT FOUND A CRACK IN THE VEHICLE'S FRAME. SHE TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL FOR THIS ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,000.
