WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE AT NIGHT, THE CONTACT IS BLINDED BY THE GLARE FROM ONCOMING VEHICLES AND CANNOT CHANGE LANES. THE CONTACT BELIEVES THAT BECAUSE THE DASHBOARD IS BLACK, THE LIGHTS FROM THE DASHBOARD ARE AFFECTING HER VISIBILITY. SHE STATED THAT WHEN THE SUN SHINES ON THE VEHICLE, IT ALSO PRODUCES A GLARE WHICH AFFECTS HER VISIBILITY. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER STATED THAT NOTHING COULD BE DONE TO REMEDY THE FAILURE. SHE STATED THAT THE WINDSHIELD SEEMS TO BE INSIDE OUT BECAUSE AT NIGHT, THE ONCOMING VEHICLES APPEAR TO HAVE THEIR HIGH BEAMS ACTIVATED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE IS 4,200 AND FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100.
