Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)I BOUGHT A C63 AMG 2016 FROM DCH FORD OF THOUSAND OAKS CA ON 9/18/20 AND 9/21 I HEARD BRAKE NOISE I CALL THE DEALER TO INFORM THEM ABOUT THE NOISE AND THEY SAID I BOUGHT AS IS, I TOOK THE CAR TO MERCEDES BENZ OF ENCINO CA TO GET A FULL INSPECTION . I GOT A REPORT STATING THAT THE BRAKES WERE 2 MM ALMOST NO BRAKES I CALL THE DCH FORD AND ALSO SEND THEM THE REPORT FROM MERCEDES BENZ DEALER AND THEY SAID THAT THE BRAKES WERE 4 MM WHEN I BOUGHT THE CAR, I ONLY DROVE THE CAR FOR 273 MILES WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH FOR WEARING DOWN THE BRAKES AND ENDING WITH BAD BRAKES. I JUST NEED THEM TO TAKE CARE OF THIS ISSUE AS WE ALL KNOW THIS IS A SAFETY MATTER EVEN IF I BOUGHT IT AS IS , THEY CAN'T SELL A CAR WITH BAD BRAKES.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
