SENT THE CAR TO THE DEALER MULTIPLE TIMES AND SAID IT WAS A ELECTRONIC (SOFTWARE ISSUE ). SAME PROBLEM CAME BACK AFTER TRYING TO TURN OUT OF A BUSY STREET. CAR IS AT THE DEALER AND I DO NOT THINK THEY KNOW WHAT IS THE ISSUE OTHER THAN REPLACE ALL KINDS OF PARTS. I NEED HELP SINCE MERCEDES DOES NOT FEEL THAT IS A PROBLEM THAT SHOULD MOBILIZE THEIR EFFORTS TO RESOLVE- I GUESS IF I HAD LET THE CAR GET TO THE DITCH AND CRASH THEY WOULD BE MORE RESPONSIVE.
