THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE AUTOMATED AIR CONDITIONER CONTROL HEAD MALFUNCTIONED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC WHO CONFIRMED THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. NO REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 73,000. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 71,000.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CONSOLE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE VEHICLE ON THE OVERHEAD DISTRACTS HIM FROM SEEING AT ALL ANGLES IN THE MIRROR.
