THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE BRAKING FOR A TRAFFIC STOP AT 50 MPH, THE BRAKE THE PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED ABNORMALLY INTO THE FLOORBOARD. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE BRAKE PEDAL STARTED TO VIBRATE BUT THE DRIVER WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE WHO ADVISED THAT THEY WOULD CONTACT HIM AT A LATER DATE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 9,400 AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 9,600.
