THE HEADREST ANGLES SO FAR FORWARD IN THE FRONT SEATS THAT IT CAUSES NECK PAIN.
EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOTLS BREAKING. DEALER FIXED ONCE UNDER WARRANTY, NOW ITS BACK AGAIN. THIS IS A CONTINUAL PROBLEM. THE PROBLEM IS EXTREMELY COMMON AMOUNG THE HEMI TRUCKS AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE IGNITION SWITCH FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 98,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 30, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL BECAME INOPERABLE. THE FAILURE WAS PERSISTENT. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED INSTRUMENT CLUSTER MONITOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 47,500.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL BECAME INOPERABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AND OPERATED NORMALLY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 32,000.
THE AUTOMATIC DOOR LOCKS WHEN REACHING A CERTAIN SPEED, THE DOOR LOCK REMOTE AND THE DOOR LOCK SWITCHES ON THE ARM RESTS WERE ONLY LOCKING THE PASSENGER DOOR. I CHANGED THE SETTING THROUGH THE RADIO FROM LIGHTS FLASH WHEN LOCKING TO NO FLASH AND ALL LOCKS LOCKED. EVEN BEFORE I MADE THE CHANGE THE REMOTE, THE ARMREST SWITCHES AND THE AUTOMATIC UNLOCK WOULD UNLOCK ALL LOCKS JUST FINE. THIS FAULT ONLY OCCURRED AFTER THE RADIO WAS FLASHED.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT STRONG EXHAUST FUMES ENCOMPASSED THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR OF THE VEHICLE. THE DEALER (PETERSON DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM, 5801 E GATE BLVD, NAMPA, ID 83687, (208) 475-3000) DIAGNOSED THAT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD HAD AN INTERNAL FAILURE, WHICH WAS LEAKING FLUID INTO THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUE TO THE BOLTS SHEARING OFF. THE DEALER REPLACED THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD AND THE BOLTS ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD NEEDED TO BE REPLACED ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE AND THE BOLTS. THE MANUFACTURER PROVIDED NO REMEDY OTHER THAN REPLACING THE SAME PARTS. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. **TR THE FIRST FAILURE WAS THE PASSENGER SIDE EXHAUST MANIFOLD BEGAN TICKING. TAMERA , THE CHRYSLER ADJUSTER DID NOT TELL ME THIS WAS UNDER A CUSTOMER HELP AT THE TIME OF THE REPAIR OF I SOULD HAVE BROUGHT THE ABOVE HER ATTENTION THEN. I HEARD ONLY A TICK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE AND THEY SAID THE OTHER SIDE WAS FINE. IN LESS THAN 1000 MILES AND AROUND 30 DAYS THE OTHER SIDE STARTED TICKING. IN RESEARCHING THIS PROBLEM IT APPEARS THAT CHRYSLER HAS ALLOWED THIS TO ALLOWED THIS TO CONTINUE UNCHECKED SINCE 2009, BUT IT IS HARD TO TELL AS THEY HAVE DONE SOME CHANGES IN THE ENGINE FOR FUEL ECONOMY SAKE, BUT IT APPEARS TO BE AN ONGOING PROBLEM. I HAVE HAD SOME EXHAUST ODORS, BUT IT HAS NOT SEEMED TO HAVE CAUSED HEALTH PROBLEMS AT THIS POINT. MY SON HAS A 2003 DIESEL THAT HAS THE SAME PROBLEM, BUT IS LONG OUT OF WARRANTY. I HAD THE 2 AIR BAG RECALLS WORK PERFORMED AT DEALERSHIP. LESS THAN 2 MONTHS LATER THE SERVICE AIRBAG SYSTEM LIGHT AND MESSAGE INDICATOR CAME ON UPON CRANKING AND STAYED ON, SO I TOOK IT IMMEDIATELY TO THE DEALER. THEY KEPT IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS. THEY SAID THE HARNESS CONNECTOR WAS BAD AND THEY NEEDED TO ORDER A NEW ONE. THE NEXT DAY THEY CALLED AND SAID THE TRUCK WAS READY. THEY TOLD ME THEY HAD SIMPLY BENT THE HARNESS CONNECTORS AND THAT SOLVED THE PROBLEM. A MONTH OR SO LATER THE LIGHT CAME ON AND STAYED ON UPON CRANKING. I TOOK IT IN TO THE DEALER. THE SERVICE TECH PULLED ON OF MY BOYS' SMALL FOOTBALLS FROM UNDER THE DRIVER SEAT AND FIDDLED WITH THE HARNESS AND SAID THAT IT WOULD PROBABLY FIX IT, BUT COME BACK IF NOT. (UP UNTIL NOW WAS BEFORE THREE YEARS OR 36,000 MILES HAD ELAPSED.) I TOOK THE TRUCK IN FOR THE RECOMMENDED 30,000 MILE SERVICE AND STRESSED THAT WARRANTY PERIOD WOULD SOON RUN SO CHECK AIR BAG LIGHT AND EVERYTHING ELSE. A FEW MORE MONTHS GO BY AND THE AIR BAG SYSTEM LIGHT AND MESSAGE INDICATOR COMES BACK ON BUT GOES OFF WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. I CALLED THE DEALER SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND TECH SAID "AS LONG AS IT GOES OFF IT IS OK. IT SOMETIMES JUST DOES A SELF-CHECK ON THE SYSTEM." AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS NO MORE LIGHT. A FEW WEEKS AGO THE LIGHT AND MESSAGE INDICATOR CAME ONE AND WENT OFF WITHIN A FEW MINUTES. NOW THE INTERMITTENT AIR BAG SYSTEM LIGHT AND MESSAGE INDICATOR CONTINUES (GENERALLY UPON CRANKING, BUT OFTEN WHILE DRIVING). SOMETIMES MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY; SOMETIME NOT FOR A DAY OR SO. I CANNOT GET DEALER TO RETURN MY CALLS. *TR
TAKATA RECALL: I WAS RECENTLY INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT IN WHICH MY DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG DID NOT DEPLOY WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE. THERE WAS SO MUCH IMPACT THAT THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT AND REAR CURTAIN AIR BAGS DEPLOYED ON THE OTHER VEHICLE INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT. I WAS STOPPED AT A STOP SIGN PREPARING TO CROSS A VERY BUSY INTERSECTION. ONCE I DETERMINED IT WAS CLEAR I BEGAN TO ROLL AWAY FROM THE STOP SIGN WHEN SUDDENLY A SOUTH BOUND CAR ENTERED THE INTERSECTION WITHOUT IT'S LIGHTS ON AND COLLIDED WITH THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE OF MY VEHICLE. AT THE POINT OF IMPACT, THE SOUTH BOUND CAR WAS TRAVELING AT LEAST 45 MPH AND MY VEHICLE HAD MERELY ROLLED AWAY FROM THE STOP SIGN AND I SLAMMED ON MY BREAKS JUST PRIOR TO IMPACT. I WAS NOT TRAVELING MORE THAN 5 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLES COLLIDED. ONCE BOTH VEHICLES HAD COME TO A COMPLETE STOP I REALIZED I HAD STRUCK THE BACK OF MY HEAD ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE WINDOW EXTREMELY HARD BUT NO AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT HAD TAKEN PLACE. THERE WAS SO MUCH FORCE IN THE IMPACT THAT THE FRAME ON MY VEHICLE WAS BENT. THE OTHER DRIVER WAS CITED IN THE ACCIDENT ANY MY VEHICLE SUSTAINED $16,000 IN DAMAGE. I AM EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED THAT THE SIDE CURTAIN AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY AND NOW I'M FACING THE FACT THAT I WILL HAVE TO CONTINUE TO DRIVE A REPAIRED VEHICLE THAT MAY OR MAY NOT PROVIDE ME WITH ALL THE SAFETY THAT I DEMAND MOVING FORWARD. I RESPECTFULLY ASK FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE IN HELPING ME HOLD THE MANUFACTURER LIABLE FOR MY SITUATION AND RECTIFYING THE SITUATION. HAD I ROLLED INTO THE INTERSECTION ANY FARTHER THAN I DID, I MAY NOT BE ALIVE TO FILE THIS COMPLAINT.
THE ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENT PANEL JUST GOES OUT FOR NO REASON CAUSING ALL GAUGES TO BE USELESS FOR A FEW SECONDS. THIS HAS HAPPENED MORE AND MORE. DEALER HAS NO INFORMATION OR REMEDY. COULD CAUSE ACCIDENTS OR EVEN WORSE IF NOT CORRECTED. THIS HAPPENS DRIVING ON ALL ROADS. THE LAST TIME WAS 1/26/16 EARLY MORNING.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2013 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE CONTACT REAR ENDED THE PRECEDING VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED HEAD INJURIES THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS DESTROYED AND TOWED TO A COLLISION LOT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.
OWNED TRUCK FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 YEARS WITH NO PROBLEMS OBSERVED. RECEIVED NOTICE OF 3 RECALLS 2 OF WHICH WERE RELATED TO AIR BAG ISSUES. WORK WAS PREFORMED BY DEALER I PURCHASED TRUCK. APPROXIMATELY 1 MONTH LATER AIR BAG LIGHT COMES ON. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME EVER A LIGHT CAME ON. DEALER EXAMINED FOUND DEFECTIVE PASSENGER AIR BAG. THEY REPLACED AT MY EXPENSE OF $600. ABOUT 1 MONTH LATER AN INTERMITTENT AIR BAG LIGHT COMES ON AND OFF. DEALER EXAMINED FOUND DEFECTIVE WIRE HARNESS FOR PASSENGER AIR BAG. FIXED AT MY EXPENSE OF $300.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 1500. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED ON AN INCLINE IN THE DRIVEWAY, IT BEGAN TO ROLL BACK. THE REAR DRIVER SIDE TIRE ROTATED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS ROLLING BACK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED. THE TECHNICIAN STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS IN PARK, ONLY ONE OF THE WHEELS WOULD LOCK. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,500. UPDATED 03/16/16*LJ *CN
TRUCK SHUT OFF WHILE DRIVING ON THE INTERSTATE. THERE WAS A MESSAGE ON THE DASH STATING "WRONG KEY FOB". I HAD AN OCCASION WHEN I FIRST GOT THE TRUCK WHERE THE IGNITION KEY WAS NO LONGER RECONIZED AND WOULD NOT START THE TRUCK. AT THIS TIME, THE TRUCK WAS STILL UNDER THE FACTORY WARRANTY AND A NEW KEY WAS GIVEN TO ME SO I HAD TWO WORKING IGNITION KEYS. I WAS A LITTLE UNEASY OF ONLY HAVING ONE KEY ON ME AND FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL MONTHS, ALWAYS HAD A SPARE IGNITION KEY ON ME. WHILE DRIVING LAST WEEK, THE TRUCK SHUT OFF, FLASHED THE WRONG KEY FOB MESSAGE, AND I PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE INTERSTATE. I TRIED USING MY SPARE KEY, AND THE TRUCK STARTED RIGHT UP AND DROVE NORMALLY. THE ORIGINAL KEY I WAS USING NO LONGER WORKS, AND I WILL HAVE TO GO TO THE DEALER TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. THE DEALER TELLS ME THIS IS NOT UNCOMMON AND THAT THEY HAVE TO PROGRAM NEW KEYS EVERYDAY. THERE IS AN OBVIOUS FAULT WITH THE SENTRY SYSTEM THEY ARE USING AND I HOPE THEY CAN ISSUE A RECALL BEFORE SOMEONE IS KILLED.
HEAD LIGHTS CUT OUT DO TO CONNECTORS OVER HEATING. DOORS LOCKS DO NOT OPERATE AT TIMES. IN MOTION OR NOT.

THE CONTACT HAD TO REACH UNDER BOTH THE PASSENGER AND DRIVER SEATS AND SQUEEZE THE CONNECTORS TOGETHER TO TURN OFF THE WARNING INDICATOR. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THERE WAS AN ABNORMAL NOISE DETECTED FROM THE VEHICLE. WHEN INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED A LEAK FROM THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND THAT THE EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLT FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SPARTANBURG CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (1035 N CHURCH ST, SPARTANBURG, SC 29303, (888) 404-4925) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 50,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING IN THE RAIN AT APPROXIMATELY 50 MPH, THE VEHICLE HYDROPLANED OVER A DITCH AND CRASHED INTO A HILL. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. THE POLICE AND THE AMBULANCE WERE AT THE SCENE AND RESCUED THE CONTACT AND THE PASSENGER, BOTH OF WHOM SUSTAINED INJURIES REQUIRING MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A TOW YARD. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 2,000.
HELLO I FIND IT VERY DISTURBING AND I FEEL IM BEING EXTORTED BY THIS MANUFACTURER. WHO INSTALLED IN THEIR OWN WORDS A GAS SAVING AND SAFETY FEATURE THAT I PAID FOR IN MY $40,000+ TRUCK AND THEN SEND ME LETTERS TELLING ME TO PAY $595 TO TURN IT ON. I FEEL IF THEY ARE GOING TO INSTALL SAFETY FEATURES IN THEIR VEHICLES THEY SHOULD BE USED. NEXT THEY WILL BE CHARGING US TO USE OUR SEATBELTS AND CHARGE US TO ACTIVATE OUR AIRBAGS.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT 25 MPH, A LOUD SOUND EMITTED FROM THE REAR OF THE VEHICLE. AFTER INSPECTING THE VEHICLE, THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE HAD BLOWN OUT. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT AFTER INSTALLING THE SPARE TIRE AND REVERSING OUT OF THE RESIDENTIAL GARAGE, THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE TIRE BLEW OUT CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE FENDER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE TIRES WERE NOT REPLACED. THE DOT NUMBER WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 71,520 AND THE TIRE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
HELLO I FIND IT VERY DISTURBING THAT A AMERICAN AUTO MAKER WHO IN THEIR OWN WORDS INSTALL A SAFETY FEATURE THAT ALSO SAVES GAS AND CUTS DOWN ON CO2 EMISSION WANT TO EXTORT $595 TO TURN IT ON. I PAID OVER $40,000 FOR THIS AMERICAN MADE TRUCK AND EXPECT ALL SAFETY INSTALLED FEATURES AIR BAGS,DEFROSTERS,SEAT BELTS ETC TO BE IN WORKING ORDER WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA AFTER I DRIVE OFF THE LOT. I HAVE RECEIVED SEVERAL LETTERS TRYING TO GET ME TO PAY TO TURN ON THE SAFETY AND GAS SAVING FEATURE. I WILL TRY TO DOWN LOAD ONE OF THE LETTERS THEY HAVE SENT.
I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD IN MY TRUCK WHEN ALL THE LIGHTS ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WENT OFF AND REST ITSELF. THIS HAS HAPPEN SEVERAL TIMES NOW AT DIFFERENT SPEEDS. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND ASKED THEM HAVE THEY HEAR ANY OTHER OWNERS SAY IT HAPPEN TO THEM. THEY AT LIKE I WAS SPEAKING A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE. THEY SAID THEY WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO CHECK IT UNLESS IT HAPPENS WHEN THEY HAVE IT. ONLY PROBLEM WITH THAT IS IT HAPPENS RANDOMLY.
THE STEERING WHEEL HAS A SHORT IN THE WIRING WHICH CAUSED THE CRUSE CONTROL, HORN, INFORMATION CENTER CONTROLS, VOICE RECOGNITION CONTROLS, TO STOP WORKING DEALER CLAIMS THAT THIS ISSUE IS NOT CURRENTLY UNDER ANY RECALL AND THAT ACCIDENTAL AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT SHOULD NOT BE AN ISSUE. I BELIEVE THIS TO BE A SAFETY ISSUE. ALSO FOUND WITH THIS ISSUE THAT THERE IS IN FACT RECALL FOR THIS VEHICLE ( NOT VIN SPECIFIC) FOR A SIMILAR ISSUE ( NOT THAT DESCRIPTIVE) WHICH CAN CAUSE INADVERTENT AIR BAG DEPLOYMENT DURING VEHICLE OPERATION.

THE CONTACT RESEARCHED AND FOUND INFORMATION STATING THAT WATER WAS ENTERING THE VEHICLE FROM THE THIRD BRAKE LIGHT. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT DISCOVERED SIX INCHES OF STANDING WATER UNDERNEATH THE REAR SEAT AND THE SMELL OF MOLD INSIDE THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE THIRD BRAKE LIGHT BULB WAS SHATTERED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 25,000. I HAVE HAD AN ENGINE LIGHT ON FOR QUIT SOME TIME AND I TOOK IT TO THE DEALER, THEY SAID IT WAS A FUEL CAP. AFTER LEAVING THERE A FEW DAYS LATER, SAME THING. BUT THEN I NOTICED FUELING IT UP TOOK 15 TO 20 MINUTES. SO I TOOK IT BACK I ANDROID THEM ABOUT THE LIGHT AND THE FUELING PROBLEM. AFTER HOURS OF SEARCHING I GET A CALL SAYING THAT MY FILTER LAYING IN THE FRAME OF THE TRUCK WAS PLUGGED. WHICH SUCKED MY FUEL TANK DOWN LIKE A PANCAKE. I ALSO NOTICED THAT INSTEAD OF THE FUEL CAP BREATHING OUT ITWASSUCKING IN, PULLING ALL KINDS OF DUST INTO THE TANK. I WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT THIS FILTER WHEN I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE BRAND NEW FROM THE DEALER. I HAVE FOUND NO LITERATURE ON THIS EITHER. I BOUGHT THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON TRUCK AND IT IS NOT COVERED. WHAT CAN I DO?

ON 10/6/2015, I HAD MY NEPHEW IN MY TRUCK WHILE I WAS INSTALLING HIS CAR SEAT. THE CAR WAS NOT RUNNING, THE KEYS WERE IN MY POCKET. AS I WAS INSTALLING THE CARSEAT , HE WAS ABLE TO PULL MY SHIFTER OUT OF PARK CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO ROLL BACKWARDS DOWN THE STREET. AS I JUMPED INTO PASSENGER SIDE TO REACH THE BRAKE, THE FRONT PASSENGER DOOR HIT A BRICK MAILBOX AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE DOOR AND FRONT PASSENGER SIDE FENDER. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AT 1224 TO GET A STATUS UPDATE AND TALKED TO KAYLE WHO TOLD ME THAT THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF MY WORK ORDER WAS ON A TEST DRIVE WITH A CUSTOMER AND TOOK MY INFORMATION FOR THAT PERSON TO CALL ME BACK WHEN HE GETS BACK FROM THE TEST DRIVE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO GET ANY INFORMATION ON MY VEHICLE FOR ME. AT 1231 I RECEIVED A CALL BACK FROM THE GUY HANDLING MY RECALL AND SAID THAT MY TRUCK WAS DONE AND IN THE WASH BAY AND HE WOULD CALL ME BACK WHEN HE HAD THE PAPERWORK FINISHED AND TO SET UP SOMEONE TO COME TO PICK ME UP. I ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY CHARGES AND THERE ARE NOT HOWEVER RECALL #R36 WAS UNABLE TO BE CONDUCTED BECAUSE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, EVEN THOUGH ON THE MOPAR SITE IT SAYS PARTS ARE AVAILABLE. I DID GET A CALL FROM THE DRIVER AND WAS PICKED UP AND GOT MY TRUCK BACK. THE PEOPLE WERE NICE AND THEY WASHED THE OUTSIDE OF MY TRUCK. STILL HAVE TO COMPLETE RECALL R36. ALSO TOOK MY TRUCK IN TO HAVE A FLAT TIRE FIXED AND THEY COULD NOT FIX IT EVEN THOUGH THE PUNCTURE WAS IN THE TREAD. THEY ADMITTED TO HAVING A ?NEW? THIS IS THE SECOND TIRE THAT BLEW OUT IN THE PAST 5 MONTHS. THE LATEST TIME IT WAS THE DRIVERS FRONT TIRE THAT BLEW OUT AND CONTROL WAS LOST CAUSING ME TO STRIKE ANOTHER VEHICLE. I CALLED GOODYEAR WHO TOLD ME THERE WAS A RECALL ON THIS MODEL TIRE BUT NOT IN MY SIZE. THEY REQUESTED I SEND THE TIRE BACK TO THEM FOR INSPECTION WHICH I DID BUT THEY CLAIMED THE TIRE WAS LOST AND GAVE ME A GOOD FAITH CHECK TO COVER MY INSURANCE DEDUCTIBLE. WHEN I CALLED GOODYEAR AFTER YESTERDAY'S INCIDENT THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN CHECK THE REMAINING TIRES THAT ARE ON MY TRUCK BUT THEY MAY NOT REPLACE THEM TILL THEY BLOW OUT. I EXPRESSED MY CONCERNS WITH SAFETY BEING AN ISSUE AND THEY APOLOGIZED THAT I GET THAT WAY AND TOLD ME THEY WILL TRY AND DO THEIR BEST.
