I have concerns about the ball joints on my Ram 3500 they have been replaced 4 times under warranty. Each time the truck becomes hard to keep under control and wonders back and forth while driving. This is a known issue with Ram
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 RAM 3500. WHILE DRIVING 65 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL STARTED TO PULL TO THE RIGHT WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LANDMARK DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM (6850 MT ZION BLVD, MORROW, GA 30260, (770) 968-4900) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT AN ALIGNMENT WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 40.
SINCE PURCHASE BRAND NEW, A POP COULD BE HEARD WHEN MOVING THE STEERING WHEEL RIGHT OR LEFT. HAPPENED MAINLY AT A STOP OR AFTER SLOWING TO TURN. THE FREQUENCY HAS INCREASE AND THE POP SOUND CAN BE FELT AND HEARD WHEN STOPPED, STANDING AND SIMPLY MOVING THE STEERING WHEEL SLIGHTLY RIGHT OR LEFT.
