Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)Toyota recall 24TA11 was performed by the dealership. It is a software update to help with braking under certain conditions. However, this update has led to the power tailgate not longer opening. This is an unintended side effect of the update. Several other instances of the tailgate failing after the software update have been reported. Toyota must fix this.
