THE ONLY WAY TO GET THE CAR OUT OF THE SERVICE LOCK WAS TO TURN THE IGNITION OFF AND TURN IT BACK ON. I TOOK THE CAR TO A DEALER WHERE THEY WERE UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE ISSUE. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN COVERED UNDER A RECALL ON OTHER CHEVY VEHICLES SUCH AS THE EQUINOX.
