Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)TRAVELING ON 3 LANE HIGHWAY AT 65 MPH WITH 2 YOUNG GRANDDAUGHTERS IN CAR RIGHT FRONT VALVE STEM BLEW OUT CAUSING CAR TO VEER TO RIGHT. UPON INSPECTION BY MECHANIC 2 MORE VALVE STEMS HAD CRACKED NUTS. HAD TO REPLACE ALL STEMS, 1 SENSOR AND 1 TIRE. DEALERSHIP REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY EVEN THO THEIR TECH ADMITS THERE IS A DESIGN FLAW IN THE STEM. I CALLED SCHRADER ELECTRONICS (THE MANF.) THEY ALSO ADMIT THERE IS A DESIGN FLAW BUT BECAUSE IT IS EOM PRODUCT I MUST DEAL WITH CHRYSLER. THEY ALSO REFUSE TO ACCEPT ANY RESPONSIBILITY. THIS IS A VERY DANGEROUS PROBLEM THAT MOST PEOPLE ARE NOT EVEN AWARE OF. WHY HASN'T YOUR AGENCY ADDRESSED THIS PROBLEM TO DATE? IT HAS COST ME NEARLY $400.00 IN UNREIMBURSED REPAIRS. *TR
