Dealer did not replace the failed components. instead used compressed air to clear the clogged nozzles. As a federal regulated safety system, they should have quarantined the failed components for analysis by Ford engineering. NHTSA complaint number 11700184 was generated. If I can't clear the dirt from my windshield, not only is my safety compromised, but also all who I may encounter in an automobile accident. Not to mention innocent pedestrians.
The vehicle was exposed to extreme cold (11°)for the first time since ownership. When getting into the vehicle and starting to move the windshield suffered a "Stress Fracture". Impeeding the drivers vision. This stress fracture was confirmed by a independent glass shop.
