Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)WHILE DRIVING THE CAR I NOTICED THAT EVERY TIME I HIT A BUMP OR DIP IN THE ROAD, IT FEELS LIKE I AM GOING TO LOSE CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE. THE CAR IS EXTREMELY HARD TO CONTROL WHEN HITTING A BUMP ON THE STREET OR HIGHWAY AND IT'S SCARY. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THE CAR JERKS VIOLENTLY WHEN CHANGING GEARS IN THE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION. I BOUGHT THE CAR IN MAY OF THIS YEAR, ITS UNDER 100K MILES. I CONTACTED THE DEALERSHIP AND I'M WAITING ON A RESPONSE.
FRONT CROSS MEMBER ROTTED OUT IN 77000 MILES. POSSIBLE SAFETY CONCERN BECAUSE THE FRONT A-ARM BOLTS TO THIS MEMBER. CALLED INFINITI DEALER AND THEY SAID THERE IS NO RECALL.
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
