This is my 3rd Ford/Lincoln vehicles that I have needed to replace ALL lugnuts due to 'swollen' lugnuts! I assure you that I am not soaking them in water. Give me a break. Make them address this issue already. I put in a complaint to NHTA for my prior vehicle without resolution. 200-300 dollars to replace. Lincoln complaint desk acknowledges the common complaint and only say that it has been brought to upper managements attention. We all are aware that they will do nothing about it until their hand is pressed! Just a note..prior to these wholesale lugnut problems, I replaced 1 in my 45+ years of driving. How many have you replaced? Cmon already. Rich

Cheap two piece lug nut design. The outer shell of the lug nut deforms to the point you can not remove the lug nut. If you get a flat tire you can possibly be stranded due to these defective lug nuts.
CONTINENTAL TIRES NUMBER 235/50 R18-97H M-S RADIAL TUBELESS FRONT TIRES ARE LOSING CHUNKS OF TIRE AND PEELING ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TIRE. THESE ARE THE ORIGINAL TIRES FOR MY 2015 LINCLON MKC. MY CAR IS SERVICED EVERY 3-4 MONTHS AT THE DEALERSHIP AND HAVE HAD TIRES ROTATED A FEW MONTHS AGO. TOTAL MILEAGE ON VEHICLE TO DATE IS: 27,580.3 . THE TREAD IS STILL DEEP, BUT THE RUBBER IS CRACKED THROUGHOUT, PEELING, AND LOSING CHUNKS / COMING OFF. THIS WAS IDENTIFIED WHEN I HAD LOW TIRE PRESSURE FROM ROLLING OVER A SCREW. OTHERWISE, THE DAMAGE TO BOTH FRONT TIRES WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FOUND UNTIL FURTHER TIRE DAMAGE, BLOWN TIRE, AND/OR INJURY WOULD HAVE OCCURRED.
