The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 112,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NAPLETON AUTOWERKS OF INDIANA LOCATED AT 1349 INDIANAPOLIS BLVD, SCHERERVILLE, IN 46375, WHERE THE WHEELS WERE BALANCED AND THE BRAKES CHECKED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED AND BECAME WORSE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 63,000.
