IT MADE TURNING AND PREDICTING AMOUNT OF FORCE REQUIRED TO TURN UNPREDICTABLE AND DANGEROUS AS YOU MAY NOT TURN QUICK ENOUGH GOING INTO A TURN OR OVERSTEER INTO A TURN. DEALER WAS TO FIX, BUT NEW RACK AND PINION AND STEERING BOX MADE IT WORSE. *TR
VEHICLE HAS MORE THAN ONE RECALL. ONLY ONE RECALL IS STATED HERE.VEHICLE DOES NOT GO OVER 40 MPH IN MOTION. VEHICLE HAS HAD TWO FIRES RELEVANT TO THE RECALL STATED WHILE IN MOTION. RESOLUTION TO REPLACE LEMON VEHICLE IS NOT BEING MET. THIS VEHICLE IS A SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN AND NEEDS TO BE REVIEWED IMMEDIATELY TO ASSIST IN THE RECOGNITION OF MORE APPLICABLE RECALLS NOT PREVIOUSLY INVESTIGATED.
THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AT 66700 MILES. THE FUEL GAUGE DROPPED TO EMPTY. THE WARNING BOX POPPED UP AND SAID FUEL SENSOR FAILURE. IT WAS ABOUT 3/4 FULL WHEN IT HAPPENED. ALSO WHEN THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON THE ECONOMIZER STOPPED WORKING. BASE ON A INTERNET SEARCH THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE EXPERIENCING THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM THERE SHOULD BE A RECALL MADE ON THE VEHICLES! THE FACT THAT YOU LOSE YOUR ECONOMIZER CAUSING INCREASED FUEL CONSUMPTION AND THERE BY WASTING GAS SHOULD SEND A WARNING FOR THIS TO BE RECALLED IMMEDIATELY. THANK YOU FOR TIME. *TR

AFTER WAITING FOR 15 MINUTES, THE VEHICLE WAS RESTARTED AND OPERATED AS INTENDED. THE CONTACT DROVE TO HIS DESTINATION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS INTERMITTENT. THE CONTACT ASSOCIATED THE FAILURE WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V167000 (STEERING). THE CONTACT CALLED BLACK CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM LOCATED AT 831 SALISBURY RD, STATESVILLE, NC 28677, (704) 924-7070, AND THE DEALER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED AS OF YET. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. FAULTY AIR SUSPENSION, THIS IS A VERY, VERY COMMON ISSUE IN RAM TRUCKS. DRIVER FRONT WENT DOWN, THEN BACK END. THE LIGHT CAME ON TO FIX AIR SUSPENSION. ITS VERY DANGEROUS TO DRIVE WITH SUSPENSION DOWN. THE FACT THAT THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF TRUCKS OUT THERE WITH THIS ISSUE AND NO RECALL IS REALLY UNCALLED FOR. THEY CONTINUE TO FAIL SEVERAL TIMES OVER AND OVER AGAIN. IF THERE'S NO RECALL I WOULD HAVE TO IMAGINE THERE WILL BE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT. EVERY MECHANIC I'VE TALKED TO IS IN DISBELIEF THAT THIS ISSUE HAS NOT BEEN ADDRESSED. *TR
NHTSA 19V-757 WAS ISSUED FOR THE REFERENCED VIN 24OCT19. I HAD AN EGR COOLER FAILURE ON 27AUG19 THE EGR COOLER WAS REPLACED BY GRAPEVINE DODGE, CHRYSLER, JEEP RAM WITH THE ATTACHED PART NUMBER BEFORE THE RECALL WAS ISSUED, AND WAS THE ONLY PART AVAILABLE AT THE TIME. I RECIEVED NOTICE OF THE RECALL 24OCT19 AND LEARNED THE REDESIGNED PART WOULD NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL APRIL 2020. AS OF THIS WEEK, FCA INDICATES THIS RECALL AS BEING COMPLETED ON MY VEHICLE. THE NEW REDESIGNED EGR COOLER HAS NEVER BEEN INSTALLED ON MY TRUCK. AFTER POSTING THIS TO A RAM ECODIESEL FORUM, I HAVE FOUND OUT THAT THIS HAS HAPPENED TO MANY OTHER RAM ECODIESEL OWNERS THAT HAVE BEEN ISSUED THE RECALL, AND NOW HAVE BEEN MARKED COMPLETE WITHOUT THE RECALL BEING PERFORMED. THE DEFECT RELATED TO THIS RECALL RESULTED IN VEHICLE FIRES IN MANY INSTANCES, AND COULD POSE A THREAT OF SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH. I APPEARS TO ME THAT FCA IS TRYING TO GET OUT OF PERFORMING THIS SAFETY RELATED RECALL. *TR

2015 RAM 1500 5.7 HEMI EXHAUST MANIFOLD LEAK AND BROKEN BOLTS. IT IS ALL OVER THE INTERNET ABOUT THE PROBLEMS WITH EXHAUST MANIFOLDS LEAKING AND POTENTIAL BROKEN EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLTS. CAN THIS BE INVESTIGATED SINCE IT IS SUCH A COMMONLY KNOW PROBLEM? *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2015 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THREE SEPARATE DEALERS AND THEY COULD NOT FIND ANYTHING WRONG. THEY SAID NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT UNLESS IT STARTED TO BLINK. THE VEHICLE LOST POWER WHILE TRAVELLING UP A HILL AND DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO TURN OFF THE VEHICLE AND RESTART TO REBOOT THE COMPUTER TO REGAIN POWER. THE OIL PRESSURE LIGHT ALSO CAME ON. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER HOMETOWN MOTORS CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP (602 HIGHWAY 95, WEISER, ID 83672 208-549-6020) AND THEY RAN A CHECK ON THE COMPUTER. THEY SAID THERE WAS A LEAK FROM THE EXHAUST BUT RESCHEDULED THE APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. THE CONTACT'S WIFE WAS DRIVING THE VEHICLE AND IT BACKFIRED THEN BLACK SMOKE CAME OUT BOTH TAIL PIPES. THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER AND FLAMES CAME OUT OF THE HOOD. THE VEHICLE BURNT TO THE GROUND. THE MANUFACTURER HAD AN INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR CHECK THE WRECKAGE AND ABSOLVED THEMSELVES AND THE DEALER OF ANY FAULT. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE INCIDENT REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT'S WERE WAITING FOR A SETTLEMENT FROM THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,000.

IN ADDITION, THE POWER STEERING WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V167000 (STEERING). THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 36,419.
WATER IS LEAKING INTO THE LEFT HEADLIGHT HOUSING WHICH CAUSES THE TURN SIGNAL TO MALFUNCTION, SIGNIFICANT FOGGING AND CONDENSATION IN THE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY UNIT WHICH REDUCES VISIBILITY FROM THE HEADLIGHT AND CAUSES AN ERROR MESSAGE. THIS ISSUE IS CONSTANT SINCE IT BEGAN AND HAS NOT IMPROVED. THIS IS VERY UNSAFE AND IS A DEFECT IN THE DESIGN OR MANUFACTURE OF THE VEHICLE.
IF I PUT ANY ITEM UNDER THE DRIVERS SEAT IT CAUSES THE AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT TO COME ON EVEN A PIECE OF PAPER, IF IT TOUCHES THE WIRES IT COME ON. THE POWER STEERING STOPPED WORKIND IN THE MIDDLE OF A TURN.
THE ENGINE LIGHT COME ON THEN THE WARNING COME UP FUEL SENSOR FAIL THE GAS GAUGE GOES TO EMPTY.FIRST STARTED DOING IF GOING UP A HILL ABOUT A MONTH AGO. NOW IT WILL GO OFF WHEN THE TANK IS FULL AND COME BACK ON WHEN I HAVE A HALF A TANK. IT HAS 72000 MILE ON THE TRUCK.. I SEE ALOT OF PEPOLE HAVING THIS PROBLEM AND WONDERING WHY DODGE IS NOW DOING A RECALL ON IT?
RELUCTOR WHEEL FAILURE CAUSING IMMEDIATE ENGINE SHUTDOWN TRAVELING AT ABOUT 65 MPH NORTH ON I-10 ABOUT 5 MILES SOUTH OF KERRVILLE, TX. SHOP EXPECTS REPAIR TO COST AROUND $2300. SHOP WAS TOLD THAT THERE ARE 500 OF THESE PARTS ON BACKORDER. IT SEEMS TO BE A COMMON FAILURE IN THESE ENGINES AND BECAUSE THE PART IS LOCATED AR THE REAR OF THE CRANKSHAFT THE TRANSMISSION HAS TO BE REMOVED TO ACCESS THE PART. THE CRANK POSITION SENSOR ALSO HAS TO BE REPLACED. THE LABOR WILL BE 8 HOURS. TRUCK IS STILL IN SHOP WAITING FOR PARTS.
I WAS DRIVING AND TURNED A CORNER AT A LIGHT AND THE POWER STEERING WENT OUT AND ALMOST CAUSED A COLLISION WITH A POLICE CAR. IT HAS NEVER GONE BACK TO POWER IT IS EXTREMELY HARD TO TURN. THIS IS SINCE MARCH 2020
WENT TO GET FUEL BECAUSE MY GUAGE SHOWED IT WAS LOW. ATTENDANT TRIED TO FILL IT AND SAID IT WAS FULL. HE TRIED AGAIN AND FUEL JUST CAME OUT. TOOK IT TO DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID I NEEDED A NEW FUEL TANK, PRESSURE SENSOR AND FILLER NECK ASSEMBLY AT $3300. MY TRUCK HAD 66,000 MILES AND I BOUGHT IT 3 MONTHS AGO USED.

WAS DRIVING ON CITY STREET WHEN TRUCK SUDDENLY AND WITHOUT WARNING QUIT WORKING. NO STEERING OR POWER BRAKES. LUCKILY TRAFFIC WAS LIGHT, CARS FOLLOWING WERE ABLE TO AVOID THE TRUCK. IF THIS WOULD HAVE HAPPEN ON INTERSTATE RESULTS COULD HAVE BEEN MUCH WORSE. THIS ENGINE, HAS HAD SEVERAL ISSUES. DEALER SAYS ENGINE NEEDS REPLACED.
THE VEHICLE IS AT APPROX 58,000 MILES AND THE WELL DOCUMENTED FUEL SENSOR FAILURE HAS ILLUMINATED ON THE DASHBOARD. THIS HAPPENED SHORTLY AFTER FILLING THE TANK TO FULL AND A DRIVE OF ABOUT 60 MILES. IN ADDITION TO THE FUEL SENSOR FAILURE, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ILLUMINATED, WHICH DISABLES ECO MODE. THE DEALER WANTS $1000 TO FIX IT. NOT ACCEPTABLE.
DRIVING MY 2015 RAM NOTICED HARD TO STEER AT TIMES! THEN ALL AT ONCE CAN'T STEER WITHOUT MUCH ADDED MUSCLE! FEELS LIKE STEERING GETS STUCK AND HAVE TO FORCE IT BACK STRAIGHT AND OR IN DIRECTION YOU WANT TO GO! CHECKED FOR THE RECALL THAT IS OUT FOR RAMS AND MINE IS NOT ONE OF THEM! NEED IT FIXED ASAP AND SEEING ALL THAT ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH IT THAT ARE NOT UNDER THE RECALL IS DISTURBING! PAY A LOT FOR THESE TRUCKS AND ALL THAT ARE HAVING TROUBLE IT ISN'T A FLUKE! I AM HAVING AN ISSUE WHERE MY ELECTRIC RACK AND PINION IS GIVING OUT. THIS CREATES A LACK OF POWER STEERING FOR MY VEHICLE. THIS IS THE SAME ISSUE LISTED IN RECALL VB9 BUT MY VIN NUMBER IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECALL FOR SOME REASON.
THE ELECTRIC POWER STEERING DOES NOT WORK ON STARTUP WHEN THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE IS 65 DEGREES OR LOWER. THE WARNING LIGHT COMES ON AND THE POWER STEERING DOESN'T WORK. SOMETIMES WHEN LEFT RUNNING TO WARM UP FIRST AND THEN TURNED OFF AND THEN BACK ON THE POWER STEERING WILL WORK. SOMETIMES, THE TRUCK NEEDS TO BE DRIVEN A FEW MILES TO FULLY WARM UP THEN STOPPED, TURNED OFF AND STARTED BACK UP, THEN THE POWER STEERING WILL WORK. THIS WASN'T MUCH OF A PROBLEM WHEN I AM IN FLORIDA WHERE I BOUGHT THE TRUCK, BUT I AM VISITING IN MICHIGAN NOW IN JUNE WHEN TEMPERATURES ARE STILL GETTING DOWN AS LOW AS THE FORTIES AT NIGHT. THE PROBLEM FIRST OCCURRED ONE WEEK AFTER I BOUGHT THE TRUCK. THE DEALERSHIP I HAVE TAKEN IT TO HERE IN MICHIGAN WANTS TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE POWER STEERING UNIT FOR ALMOST $2900 WHICH I DON'T UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THE POWER STEERING WORKS FINE WHEN IT IS WARM ON STARTUP. SO FAR, THE POWER STEERING HASN'T GONE OUT WHILE DRIVING. *TR
MY 2015 DODGE RAM ECO DIESEL CAUGHT FIRE, WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. ITS A TOTAL LOSS. I DID NOT RECEIVE A RECALL NOTICE BUT AFTER RESEARCH FOUND THERE WAS A RECALL. CHRYSLER TOLD US IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT. THIS TRUCK WAS TAKEN CARE OF LIKE A CHILD, THERE IS NO REASON FOR THE FIRE.

THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE STEERING MODULE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. AIRPORT DODGE RAM (2605 NW PRAIRIE VIEW RD, PLATTE CITY, MO) WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE BUT NO ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 81,500.
WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD,I WAS GOING TO MAKE A LEFT TURN. AS I TURN THE WHEEL IT FELT LIKE IT HIT A WALL AND I COULDN'T TURN ANYMORE. I HAVE TAKIN IT TO MULTIPLE SHOPS TO HAVE IT SCANNED AND LOOKED AT BECAUSE THERE IS NO CODE BEING THROWN ON THE DASH. BUT BOTH PLACES SAY THE SAME THING IT IS OUT. ELECTRIC STEERING MODULE IS WHAT ITS CALL I DO BELIVE. IT'S NOT SAFE TO DRIVE AND I NEED IT TO GET TO WORK AND KIDS TO SCHOOL.
SINCE DECEMBER OF 2018 MY 2015 RAM 1500 LARAMIE LONGHORN HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP A TOTAL OF 5 TIMES DUE TO THE AIR SUSPENSION FAILING. THEY'VE REPLACED THE COMPRESSOR ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS, REPLACED BOTH FRONT AIR BAGS, REPLACED FUSES, COMPRESSOR LINES ETC. MOST RECENTLY I PICKED UP MY TRUCK AFTER IT WAS INT HE SHOP FOR 2 WEEKS, 2 DAYS LATER THE SUSPENSION FAILED AGAIN. I'VE BEEN TRAVELING DOWN THE HIGHWAY AT 70+ MPH WHEN THE SUSPENSION SUDDENLY DROPS TO ITS LOWEST SETTING AND BEGINS BOUNCING UNCONTROLLABLY DOWN THE ROAD. I'VE GOTTEN MESSAGES TO SERVICE AIR SUSPENSION IMMEDIATELY AFTER SEVERAL OCCASIONS. I'VE LOST A TOTAL OF OVER 30 DAYS OF VEHICLE USE WHICH SERIOUSLY IMPEDES MY ABILITY TO RUN MY BUSINESS AS I DEPEND ON MY VEHICLE FOR HAULING MATERIALS ETC. THESE FAILURES HAVE AMOUNTED TO THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN REPAIRS. FORTUNATELY FOR ME I HAVE THE LIFETIME WARRANTY ON MY VEHICLE. WHILE THIS HAS SAVED ME CONSIDERABLE AMOUNTS OF MONEY, I'VE STILL PAID OVER $1000 IN DEDUCTIBLES ONLY TO HAVE THE SYSTEM FAIL AGAIN. MY TRUCK HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP IN DECEMBER OF 2016, MARCH 2019, APRIL 2019, MAY 2019, NOVEMBER OF 2019 AND JANUARY OF 2020, ALL FOR THE AIR SUSPENSION. THE VEHICLE WILL DROP TO ITS LOWEST SETTING AND FAIL TO RAISE AFTER BEING PARKED, WHILE DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD, OVERNIGHT ETC. WHETHER DRIVING DOWN THE HIGHWAY OR ON LOCAL SURFACE STREETS THE SUSPENSION SUDDENLY FAILS. THERE'S NO RHYME OR REASON TO WHY OR WHEN IT OCCURS. IT IS EXTREMELY UNSAFE AND QUITE A DISAPPOINTMENT AFTER SPENDING NEARLY $70,000 ON A VEHICLE. THIS ISSUE SHOULD BE ADDRESSED BY THE MANUFACTURER IMMEDIATELY BEFORE SOMEONE HAS A TERRIBLE ACCIDENT. I'VE SEEN NUMEROUS TRUCKS WITH THE SAME ISSUES AT THE DEALERSHIP WHILE MINE HAS BEEN IN FOR REPAIRS.
AIR SUSPENSION IS FAILING AND NOT INFLATING

I LOOKED FOR COMMON COMPLAINTS FROM OTHER RAM OWNERS AND FOUND A RECALL (S19) FOR RAMS MANUFACTURED BETWEEN JAN AND SEPT OF 2015 - MY RAM WAS MANUFACTURED IN APRIL 2015. I FEEL THAT THIS RAM SHOULD ALSO BE INCLUDED IN THIS RECALL
THIS FIRE START ON AIR INTAKE, I LOST THE TRUCK. WAS DRIVING FINE AND START BLUE SMOKE COME OF HOOD... THIS TRUCK GOT A RECALL OPEN, THIS RECALL IS ABOUT FIRE ON AIR INTAKE. I CALL DODGE TO DO THEY NEVER HAVE THE PART... THE END OF HISTORY I LOST MY TRUCK.
TRUCK CAUGHT FIRE WHILE DRIVING ON HIGHWAY. NO WARNING SIGNS ON DASH. STARTED TO SLOW DOWN THEN SMOKE STARTED COMING FROM FRONT OF HOOD AS IF OVERHEATING. I PULLED OVER TO EMERGENCY LANE, TURNED CAR OFF , THEN POPPING SOUND CAUSING TRUCK TO GO INTO FLAMES AND POPPING WITH BIG EXPLOSION AND BURNING RAPIDLY. I WAS ABLE TO GET OUT BECAUSE I HAD DOOR ALREADY CRACKED OPEN AND RAN AWAY FROM VEHICLE.
ENGINE CAUGHT FIRE DUE TO EGR SYSTEM OVERHEATING (MAYBE BURNING INTERNALLY) MELTING THEN SPONTANEOUSLY CATCHING FOAM RUBBER PAD ABOVE THE EGR DIFFUSER TUBE ON FIRE. RESULTED IN MELTING WIRES, HOSE AND OTHER PARTS ATTACHED TO ENGINE. WAS QUICKLY PUT OUT WITH A FIRE EXTINGUISHER. WAS DRIVING TO MENARDS IN NORMAL ILLINOIS AND SMELLED SMOKE AT FIRST STOP LIGHT, THOUGHT IT WAS VAN NEXT TO ME. AT NEXT STOP LIGHT SMELLED THE SMOKE AGAIN AND PULLED INTO MENARDS PARKING LOT. SAW LOTS OF SMOKE COMING OUT FROM UNDER HOOD. RAISED HOOD LOOKING FOR WHERE SMOKE WAS COMING FROM. SAW A SMALL FLAME, WENT TO BACK OF TRUCK AND TOOK OUT FIRE EXTINGUISHER. WENT TO FRONT OF TRUCK AND FLAME HAD TURNED TO FLAMES, EXTINGUISHED FIRE.
VEHICLE EXPERIENCES FREQUENT AND INCREASING IN FRQUENCY, EXTRAORDINARY HESITATION FROM STANDSTILL TO POWER ON. APPARENT BEGINING WAS SUBSEQUENT TO RECALL V08, EMISSIONS, JAN 2020. NOW 'UNSAFE' TO NAVIGATE NORMAL TRAFFIC BECAUSE OF THE DELAY IN RESPONSE FROM INPUT (DEPRESS ACCELERATOR) TO RESPONSE (VEHICLE MOVING AT MINIMALLY ACCEPTABLE SPEED) CONFIRMED BY SERVICE MANAGER AT DEALER. NO OTHER INSPECTIONS.NO REMEDY OFFERED. NO INDICATORS (VISUALOR AUDIBLE) MILES NOW APPRIOX 51000, ALL SERVICE DONE BY DEALER. NO ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES TO REPORT. ISSUE SIGNIFICANT AND WORSENING TOPOINT AVOID USING IT.
AEM UPDATE CAUSED VEHICLE TO PERFORM IN AN UNSAFE MANNER. HESITATES UPON ACCELERATION FROM STOP. TRANSMISSION SHIFTS IRREGULAR AND NO LONGER SLOWS VEHICLE DOWNHILL. DURING ACCELERATION MOTOR CAN REDLINE AND CAUSE A RAPID DECELERATION. NEVER SURE EXACTLY WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN WHEN PRESSING THE FUEL PEDAL. NEVER SURE IF IT WILL SAFELY GO WHEN IT IS SUPPOSED TO. FUEL ECONOMY IS ALSO REDUCED FROM 28 MPG TO 25 MPG. IT IS NOW A SCARY VEHICLE TO DRIVE. WAS IN RIGHT LANE EASTBOUND ON HIGHWAY 152 GOING OVER PACHEO PASS BEHIND SLOW TRUCK TRAFFIC AT APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO ACCELERATE WHILE CHANGING LANES THE MOTOR WENT TO REDLINE AND DEPOWERED. I QUICKLY HAD TO BRAKE AND GET BACK IN THE RIGHT LANE BEHIND THE TRUCK TRAFFIC. THE VEHICLE HAD NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THAT IN THE 4-1/2 YEARS PRIOR TO THE AEM. THEY RUINED MY TRUCK WITH THE MODIFICATIONS, IT IS A MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE WHEN THE TRUCK SHUTS OFF POWER WHEN ACCELERATING.

THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 100,000.
I HAVE NOTICED OVER THE LAST FEW WEEKS THE STEERING HAS BECOME VERY DIFFICULT AT SLOW SPEEDS OR WHEN NOT MOVING. I HAVE TO MUSCLE THE STEERING WHEEL TO GO AROUND TURNS AND HAVE TO STEER BACK TO STRAIGHT. I WORRIED ABOUT NOT BE ABLE TO CONTROL MY TRUCK. I WAS UNLOADING GROCERIES FROM BED AREA. TRIED TO CLOSE THE TAILGATE AND TAILGATE WOULD NOT LATCH. I ALWAYS PULL ON TAILGATE AFTER CLOSING TO MAKE SURE IT LATCHES BUT THIS TIME IT DID NOT.
