Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)Tesla wiper stopped working during drive, rendering it impossible to view the outside. I had to pull over on the side of the road and shut the car down. After rebooting the car, the driver side wipers came back functional, the passenger side is non operable. This happened while driving, while there was moderate amount of rainfall - thereby creating a totally unsafe condition for myself and other people on the freeway. When I contacted Tesla for service, they have given me an appointment 1 month from today to rectify the problem - this is needless to say unacceptable and the expectation that I continue to drive a vehicle without functional wipers goes against current FMVSS regulations that I am aware of.
