DAUGHTER DRIVING HOME ON I-81 IN VA AND REAR DRIVER TIRE BLEW OUT. THE TOYOTA CAMRY (2007) IS ONLY 3 MONTHS OLD AND HAS 6,00 MILES. SHE SAYS SHE CHECKED BEFORE LEAVING AND WAS GOING 70-75MPH. IT WAS 4 AM ABOUT 75 F. I BELIEVE IT IS A FAULTY TIRE: BRIDGESTONE TURANZA EL 400 02 P215 60R16 94 V M+S. SHE ENDED UP IN A DITCH, IT WAS THAT OR HITTING A TRUCK. AMBULANCES, FIRE AND POLICE RESPONDED BUT THANKFULLY SHE WAS NOT HURT. THE CAR SUFFERED FRONT PLASTIC BUMPER DAMAGE. *TR

I HAVE EXPERIENCED SUDDEN LACK OF BRAKING EFFORT WHEN TRAVELING OVER UNEVEN ROAD SURFACE OR STRIKING A HOLE WITH MY 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY HYBRID. VERY MUCH LIKE THE CURRENT 2010 PRIUS ISSUE. *TR
OUR 2007 CAMRY HESITATES WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOP OR ACCELERATING FROM A LOW SPEED. THE SITUATION HAS OCCURRED SEVERAL TIME BOTH BEFORE AND AFTER THE COMPUTER WAS RESET. *JB
CRUSE CONTROL PROBLEM. WHEN GOING UP AN INCLINE MY CAR WILL ACELARATE AT A RATE OF SPEED THAT IS 3MPH (EST) OVER THE MPH THAT THE CRUSE CONTROL WAS SET AT. THE ACELARATIONS IS VERY FAST AND CAUSES THE CAR TO ACELARATE FASTER THAN THE TRAFFIC FLOW WHICH REQUIRES THE BRAKES TO BE APPLIED TO TURN OFF THE CRUSE CONTROL. YOU HAVE TO BE ALERT OR YOU CAN RUN INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF YOU PLUS THE BRAKING IN TRAFFIC CAN CAUSE PROBLEMS. ON A LEVEL ROAD THE CRUSE CONTROL WORK THE WAY IT SHOULD. *CN
BOUGHT NEW 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY IN MARCH, 2007. CONTINUE TO EXPERIENCE FLARE UP IN RPM WITH CORRESPONDING DOWN SHIFTING OF TRANSMISSION DRIVING ON INCLINED ROAD, HOWEVER SLIGHTLY INCLINED. CAR CANNOT HOLD SET SPEED ON CRUISE CONTROL WITHOUT DOWN SHIFTING AND GOING LIKE A BAT OUT OF HELL OVER- SHOOTING SET SPEED BEFORE SHIFTING BACK UP AGAIN. HAVE HAD TSB INSTALLED WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO CORRECT THIS PROBLEM. IT DID NOT. HAVE HAD CAR INTO TOYOTA DEALER 4 TIMES WITH SAME PROBLEMS (STILL NOT FIXED). *JB
ON LTHREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS THE THROTTLE STUCK ON MY 2007 V6 CAMRY XLE. FIRST TIME WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ON AND I COULD NOT TURN THE CC OFF . CAR ACCELERATED TO 80MPH BEFORE IT SETTLED DOWN .. SECOND TIME I WAS MERGING INTO TRAFFIC AND WHEN TRAFFIC CAME TO A STOP MY CAR KEPT ACCELERATING ... I AVOIDED REARENDING THE CAR AHEAD OF ME BY STANDING ON THE BRAKES WHILE THE ENGINE WAS JUST RACING.. THIRD TIME .. AFTER STOPPING AT A RAILROAD CROSSING ... WHEN TRAFFIC RESUMED THE CAR TOOK OFF AGAIN, THIS TIME THROUGH A SCHOOL ZONE .... THAT WAS THE FINAL STRAW FOR ME .. TOYOTA SAYS THEIR IS NO PROBLEM WITH THIS CAR OR ANY OF THE OTHER 2007 I FEEL THE CAR IS UNSAFE FOR ME AND MY FAMILY ALONG WITH OTHERS ON THE ROAD.. I ASKED THE SELLING DEALER TO TRADE MY 2007 FOR ANOTHER 2007 SINCE I LIKE THE CAR, BUT NOT THIS PROBLEM ... HE DID NOT SEEM INTERESTED AND SAID THAT TOYOTA WOULD NOT HELP ME WITH THE DEPRIATION OF MY CAR. I WENT TO A DEALER CLOSER TO HOME AND TRADED MY 2007 FOR A NEW 2007 .. SAME MODEL SAME FEATURES .. I COMPLAINT IS THAT I OWNED AN UNSAFE VEHICLE AND I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT I SHOULD HAVE TO TAKE FULL DEPRECIATION ON A CAR THAT WAS UNSAFE TO DRIVE ... TOYOTA DENIES A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR, BUT I'M THE ONE AT RISK DRIVING IT ...THE SECOND DEALER DID WHAT HE COULD FOR ME . BUT I AM PAYING $ 8,000 DIFFERENCE FOR A CAR I SHOULD HAVE HAD TO START WITH .... TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHENEVER THE CONTACT DECELERATES FROM 20 MPH AND THEN BEGINS TO ACCELERATE, THE VEHICLE STALLS FOR 1-5 SECONDS BEFORE ACCELERATING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A CHARACTERISTIC OF THE VEHICLE AND WOULD REPAIR ITSELF OVER TIME. THE FAILURE STILL PERSISTS. CRUISE CONTROL ACCELERATION. MY TOYOTA CRUISE CONTROL SPEED WILL INCREASE UP TO 3-4 MPH WHEN GOING UP A INCLINE, THIS REQUIRES BRAKING OR RUNNING INTO THE CAR IN FRONT OF YOU. I HAVE USE MANY CRUISE CONTROLS BUT THIS IS THE FIRST ONE THAT HAS EVERY GONE OVER THE ACTUAL SPEED SETTING. ON A FLAT ROAD THE CRUISE CONTROL PERFORM THE WAY IT SHOULD. *TR
I PULLED THE PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW UP TO CLOSE IT, I DID NOT SEE MY FRIEND'S FINGER THERE, THE GLASS CUT THE SKIN OF THE FINGER TIP AREA AND IT WAS BLEEDING. I HAVE TRIED MYSELF AND THE GLASS PUSHED MY FINGER VERY HARD. A CHILD FINGER BONE CAN BE BROKEN EASILY. THERE IS NO SAFETY ON ALL THE WINDOWS. THIS IS VERY BAD FOR KIDS OR FAMILIES. *JB
TIRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM. CONSTANT ARGUING/DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN DEALER, ME, AND TOYOTA CORPORATE ABOUT HOW THIS SYSTEM WORKS/IS SUPPOSED TO WORK. DEALER SUSPECTS MY TIRE PEOPLE DAMAGE THE SENSOR. I AM INCLINED TO THINK EITHER THE SYSTEM DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY/CONSISTENTLY OR THE DEALER MECHANIC DOESN'T UNDERSTAND HOW TO PROGRAM THE SENSOR CODES. DEALER HAS CONTACTED THEIR TOYOTA SUPPORT FOR CLARIFICATION AND LEARNED LOTS FROM THEM BECAUSE OF MY PERSISTENCE AND CONTINUED MALFUNCTIONS. IN A NUTSHELL, THE MONITORING WILL NOT REPORT A PRESSURE PROBLEM UNLESS THE CAR HAS BEEN DRIVEN 20+ MILES IN A SINGLE START. I ONLY GO OVER 20 MILES IN A SINGLE ENGINE START ABOUT EVERY THREE MONTHS. SO, IT SEEMS LIKE THE MONITORING SYSTEM IS NOT PROCESSING THE AVAILABLE INFORMATION IN SUCH A WAY THAT IS RELIABLE/MEANINGFUL. FURTHER, IF THERE IS AN ACCIDENT, I DON'T KNOW IF THIS DATA IS A RECORDED ELEMENT IN THE BLACK BOX FEATURE OF THE CAR (HOW FAST, SEAT BELT USE, OTHER DRIVING INTERPRETATIONS). IF IT IS, HOW CAN THAT DATA ELEMENT BE CONSIDERED AS A POTENTIAL FACTOR (OR NOT) IF THE MONITORING SYSTEM ITSELF DOES CANNOT BE TRUSTED IF DRIVING LESS THAN 20 MILES IN ANY SINGLE ENGINE START?? I DO HAVE DIFFERENT SENSORS IN MY SUMMER AND WINTER TIRES; MY RECENTLY REMOUNTED WINTER TIRES (ON THEIR OWN WHEELS) WORKED FINE UNTIL I DROVE OVER 20 MILES LAST WEEK. BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP, TO ARGUE ABOUT THE MONITORING SYSTEM, RECEIVER, SENSORS, AND MY TIRE GUYS. *TR
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY. WHEN THE CONTACT PURCHASED THE VEHICLE, AN OIL CHANGE WAS PERFORMED DUE TO THE LACK OF OIL IN THE RESERVOIR. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER (TOYOTA CERTIFIED AT CAPITAL PLAZA, 6100 ANNAOPLIS ROAD, LANDOVER HILLS, MD, 20784) WHERE THE OIL CAP WAS TAPED DOWN. THE CONTACT WAS INSTRUCTED TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE FOR 2,000-3,000 MILES BEFORE A DIAGNOSTIC TEST COULD BE PERFORMED. THE VEHICLE FAILED THE OIL CONSUMPTION TEST. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TIMING CHAIN, PISTON, AND RINGS FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE SAME DEALER ADVISED THE CONTACT THAT THE PARTS TO REPAIR THE VEHICLE WERE ON BACKORDER; HOWEVER, THE DEALER WAS ABLE TO REPAIR THE TIMING CHAIN. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE ENGINE BEGAN TO MAKE A KNOCKING NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHO DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIMING BELT FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TIMING CHAIN FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE VIN WAS UNKNOWN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 165,000.
2007 TOYOTA CAMRY XLE WITH SMART KEY , KEYLESS IGNITION. PAGE 320 OF THE OWNERS MANUAL STATES CAUTION "DO NOT TOUCH THE ENGINE START STOP SWITCH WHILE DRIVING", IN BRACKETED YELLOW BACKGROUND. NEXT PARAGRAPH STATES IN REGULAR BW PRINT; "IF YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY STOP,PRESS AND HOLD THE ENGINE START SWITCH FOR MORE THAN THREE SECONDS. THE FALLACY OF THIS IS THE VEHICLE SPEED MUST BE UNDER 3 MPH. IF YOU APPLY THE EMERGENCY BRAKE/PARKING BRAKE THE ENGINE WILL QUIT AT BELOW 40 MPH. I WENT THRU SEVERAL TESTS TO DETERMINE THIS FLAW. THIS IS POOR DESIGN. I HAVE HEARD VIA TV THAT THE LEXUS 350 ,ALMOST SAME VEHICLE AS CAMRY XLE EXCEPT FOR NICER INTERIOR AND SEATS, HAS AN UNCOMMANDED ACCELERATION PROBLEM. PROBABLY ALL 2007 LEXUS VEHICLES HAVE KEYLESS ( SMART KEY) IGNITION. IF YOU WERE TRAVELING AT 70 MPH AND GOT UNCOMMANDED ACCELERATION WITH SMART KEY YOU WOULD BE IN A BAD SITUATION. I HAVE NOT HAD AN UNCOMMANDED ACCELERATION AND DO NOT WANT ONE AT INTERSTATE SPEEDS. *TR

2007 TOYOTA CAMRY WITH SUDDEN ACCELERATION WITHOUT WARNING. CONSUMER STATES THAT THE VEHICLE SURGED FORWARD WHILE PULLING INTO A PARKING SPACE AND CAME TO REST AFTER HITTING A BUILDING. SHE STATED THERE WAS OVER $8,000 IN DAMAGES. *KB THE CONSUMER STATE THE MANUFACTURER ISSUED A RECALL FOR THE FLOOR MATS. *JB
THE GAS PEDAL ON MY 2007 CAMRY GOT STUCK ALSO. IT WAS BRAND NEW. IT ONLY HAD 1200 MILES ON IT. I WAS GETTING ON THE FREEWAY AND THE CAR JUST TOOK OFF. I WAS PRESSING ON THE BRAKES WITH BOTH FEET ABOUT 1/4 MILE AND NOTHING. I THOUGHT I AM GOING TO DIE IN THIS CAR. THE CAR WAS TOWED TO THE NEAREST TOYOTA DEALER. THEY SAID I PROBABLY ENGAGED THE CRUISE CONTROL.I SAID I WAS JUST GETTING ON THE FREEWAY. I TOLD MY LOCAL TOYOTA I WAS AFRAID TO EVEN THE SEE THE CAR. MY LOCAL CALLED THE DEALER THAT HAD MY CAR AND GOT THEM TO DO A COMPLETE CHECK. THEY THEN SAID IT WAS THE MATS THAT GOT STUCK. TOYOTA THEN SENT OUT RECALLS FOR THE ALL WEATHER MATS. I TOOK MY CAR TO MY LOCAL DEALER WITH THE RECALL AND THEY TOLD ME SORRY, IT'S ONLY FOR THE ALL WEATHER MATS. NOT THE CLOTH MATS. I SAID BUT IT HAPPENED TO ME WITH THESE MATS. I CAME HOME AND WROTE TO TOYOTA HEADQUARTER AND NOTHING. THE DEALER THAT DID THE INSPECTIONS SAID THEY DROVE AND DROVE THAT CAR. WHEN I RELUCTANTLY PICKED UP MY CAR FROM THEM, I LOOKED AT THE MILES, IT WAS 1230 MILES. WHEN THE CAR WAS TOWED THERE, IT HAD 1210. GO FIGURE. HERE I AM WITH THIS DEATH TRAP. I TELL MY FAMILY I AM GOING TO DIE IN THIS CAR. AND THAT I BELIEVE TODAY. *TR

MY WIFE AND I PURCHASED A 2007 CAMRY LE, 4-CYLINDER, 5-SPEED AUTOMATIC WITH 309 MILES FROM SCOTT CLARK TOYOTA, CHARLOTTE, NC. WE ARE EXPERIENCING SLOWNESS OF ACCELERATION WHEN DRIVING THE VEHICLE. WE THOUGHT AT FIRST BEING A NEW VEHICLE THAT IT TOOK TIME FOR IT TO BE BROKEN IN, BUT NOW WE HAVE ABOUT 2,000 MILES AND IT STILL HAVING TROUBLE ACCELERATING WHEN DRIVING IT. WE COULD TELL A BIG DIFFERENCE THE WAY IT WAS RUNNING COMPARED TO OUR PREVIOUS CAMRY. OUR PREVIOUS CAMRY WAS A 2003 4 CYLINDER, 5 SPEED AUTOMATIC. WE SAW OUR LOCAL NEWS CAST AIRING THIS ISSUE ON TV AND DIRECTED US TO THIS SITE TO FILE THE COMPLAINT. WE THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS JUST THE WAY THE NEW ENGINE OPERATED AND WE ARE HAPPY TO SEE THAT OTHERS ARE EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE AND HOPE TOYOTA CAN DO SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. OUR 2007 CAMRY LE 4-CYL AUTOMATIC EXHIBITS A 2-4 SECOND HESITATION WHEN ACCELERATING FORM A STOP. THIS PROBLEM IS INTERMITTENT, UNPREDICTABLE AND POTENTIALLY VERY DANGEROUS. RETURNING ON TRIP, CAR FRONT SHOOK BADLY WHEN BRAKING GOING DOWNHILL IN MOUNTAINS. TOOK TO DEALER, THEY SAID (BRIDGESTONE) TIRES SHOWED CUPPING. REPLACED FRONT BRAKE LININGS AND CAR SEEMED TO HANDLE OK. THREE MONTHS LATER, ANOTHER TRIP THROUGH MOUNTAINS, AGAIN FRONT END SHIMMIED BADLY WHEN BRAKING GOING DOWN STEEP INCLINE. DEALER SAID ALL TIRES SHOWED CUPPING, BUT BRAKES, CV JOINTS, BEARINGS WERE OK. SUGGESTED I REPLACE TIRES (BUT DID NOT TRY TO SELL ME ANY???) INSTALLED 4 NEW MICHELIN TIRES AND CAR HANDLES GREAT ALTHOUGH I STILL FEEL SOME DRAGGING IN THE BRAKES. ANOTHER TRIP TO DEALER, PAID FOR A BRAKE INSPECTION AND DEALER SAID BRAKES OK 80 % REMAINING WEAR. CAR NOW OUT OF WARRANTY, TOLD DEALER I FELT THEY WERE STALLING ME ON REPAIRS UNTIL WARRANTY EXPIRED. I HAVE STARTED ACCELERATING THE CAR MYSELF, RATHER THAN ALLOWING THE CRUISE CONTROL TO ACCELERATE, ON HILLS. AS STATED IN THE PREVIOUS COMPLAINT, THE CRUISE CONTROL WORKS FINE ON FAIRLY LEVEL GROUND.

I WAS STOPPED AT A STOP LIGHT WHEN MY CAMRY HYBRID SUDDENLY STOPPED RUNNING AND MY RADIO, AIR CONDITIONING STOPPED,THE DASH BOARD SHOWED SEVERAL ERRORS, A BATTERY PROBLEM, A TRIANGLE WITH A ! MARK, A BRAKE SIGN, "MOVE GEAR TO PARK AND RESTART YOUR CAR" ALL WHICH WERE OBVIOUS SIGNS THAT SOMETHING HAD GONE WRONG. MY CAR STARTED AND I CALLED TOYOTA TO REPORT IT AND MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND DROVE TO THEIR SITE ON EUBANK, KARL MALONE. THEY INSPECTED IT AND TOLD ME NOTHING SHOWED IN THE TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE REPORT WHICH MADE ME SO ANGRY. I SAW THE INFORMATION ON THE PRIUS REPORTING THE SAME PROBLEM I EXPERIENCED STOPPING ENGINE WHILE DRIVING MY CAR. *TR
THE CRUISE CONTROL ON OUR 2007 TOYOTA CAMRY XLE (4 CYL) IS AN EXTREME SAFETY HAZARD TO THE POINT WE CANNOT USE IT. WHEN TRAVELING ON A HIGHWAY WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL SET IT WILL DOWNSHIFT AND SURGE 5-10 MILES FASTER THAN SETTING WHEN ENCOUNTERING THE SLIGHTEST HILL. WHEN WE BROUGHT THIS TO OUR SERVICING DEALERS ATTENTION ON TWO OCCASIONS THEY REPORT IT AS OPERATING CORRECTLY BUT TELL US THEY AND TOYOTA ARE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT THERE IS NO FIX FOR IT. THE PROBLEM IS REPEATED IN SIMILAR COMPLAINTS ALL OVER THIS SITE AND NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED. THIS PROBLEM IS SERIOUS ENOUGH FOR THE NHTSA TO DEMAND A RECALL FROM TOYOTA TO FIX IT. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW 2007 CAMRY LE AUTOMOBILE FROM A TOYOTA DEALERSHIP. THE PASSENGER SIDE AIRBAG ACTIVATION WEIGHT SENSOR IS INCONSISTENT IN BEHAVIOR AND UNABLE TO READJUST TO A NEW WEIGHT READING DURING A TRIP. MY WIFE WEIGHS APPROXIMATELY 100 LBS PLUS CLOTHES. ONE TIME OUT OF SEVEN THE AIRBAG SENSOR WILL NOT REGISTER HER AS BEING SUFFICIENTLY HEAVY TO ACTIVATE THE AIRBAG. I ONCE RESTARTED THE CAR SEVEN TIMES TO TRY TO GET IT TO REGISTER. I THEN MOVED MYSELF (174 LBS PLUS CLOTHES) TO THE PASSENGER SEAT, STARTED THE CAR WITH AN EMPTY DRIVER'S SEAT, GOT OUT OF THE CAR AND LET MY WIFE SIT IN THE PASSENGER SEAT. THE AIRBAG CAME ON WHILE I WAS SITTING THERE, AND DID NOT CHANGE (TO OFF) AFTER MY WIFE REPLACED ME DURING THE 20 MINUTE TRIP. I HAVE HAD TO USE THIS TECHNIQUE EACH TIME THE SENSOR REFUSES TO TURN THE AIRBAG ON WHEN MY WIFE IS THE FRONT PASSENGER. I HAVE TAKEN THE VEHICLE INTO TWO DIFFERENT TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS TO HAVE THE SENSOR CHECKED OUT, AND THEY BOTH INSIST IT IS WORKING FINE. I SUSPECT THAT TOYOTA IS USING SUBSTANDARD PARTS THAT DO NOT DEAL WELL WITH MODERATELY HIGH EXTERNAL TEMPERATURES; SUCH AS THOSE NOT FOUND INSIDE A CLIMATE CONTROLLED MAINTENANCE BAY. I FEAR THAT IN HASTE WE MAY MISS ONE TIME IT DOES NOT TURN ON AND GET INTO A SERIOUS COLLISION THAT INJURES MY WIFE. *TR

HE USED TREMENDOUS FORCE TO DEPRESS THE BRAKES UNTIL SMOKE BEGAN EMITTING FROM THE PEDAL. THE VEHICLE COASTED TO A HALT AND WAS TAKEN TO A REPAIR SHOP. THE SERVICE DEALER ADVISED SPRAYING THE BRAKE PEDAL WITH WD40 LUBRICATING OIL. ON A LATER DATE, THE VEHICLE EXHIBITED THE EXACT SAME FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE UNKNOWN REPAIRS WERE PERFORMED. HE AS ALSO ADVISED THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEFECTIVE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 1,500 AND THE CURRENT WAS 17,000. OVER THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS, I HAVE NOTICED MY DASHBOARD IS OVERLY HOT IN HIGH TEMPS. (I LIVE IN SW FLORIDA). TODAY, THE DASHBOARD IS STICKY, VERY HOT, SHINY IN SPOTS, AND NOW FILLED WITH SMALL CHUNKS FROM Y FINGERNAIL HITTING IT. I CAN'T CLEAN IT AS THE RAG WILL STICK. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A MATERIAL DEFECT THAT THE MAKER USED. NO WHERE IN MY OWNERS MANUAL OR CONTRACT DID IT STATE THAT THE DASHBOARD WILL BECOME MUCH AFTER 6 YEARS, AND THE CAR SHOULD ONLY BE USED IN THE COLDER STATES. I USE FOUR LAYERS OF HOUSE INSULATION AND A SUN VISOR. NOTHING HELPS, AS THIS PROBLEM IS AGGRAVATED BY HIGH TEMPERATURES. I AM TOLD THIS IS A $1,000 DASHBOARD AND I WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR LABOR TO GET IT REPLACED. REALLY/ HOW UNACCEPTABLE. SHE CRASHED INTO A CHAIN LINK FENCE IN AN ATTEMPT TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE CAME TO A STOP ONCE IT BECAME ENTANGLED INTO THE FENCE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE FLOOR MAT WAS NOT OBSTRUCTING THE GAS PEDAL. THE CONSUMER HAS SINCE TRADED THE VEHICLE. UPDATED 05/17/10.
