CHRYSLER REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING BECAUSE IT WAS PAST THE 3 YEAR/36,000 WARRANTY. IT ONLY HAS 60,000 MILES ON IT NOW. WHEN THE CRACK APPEARED THERE WAS ABOUT 50,000 MILES ON IT. I VISITED A CHRYSLER FORUM ON THE INTERNET AND FOUND OUT THAT THERE WERE MANY PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. WHY WAS THERE NOT A RECALL? GO TO WWW.TOPIX.NET/FORUM/AUTOS/CHRYSLER AND SCROLL DOWN TO THE TOPIC DEALER SHOULD REPAIR CRACK IN DASH. THE COMMENTS WERE CURRENTLY AT 120! *AK
