TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HYUNDAI GENESIS EQUIPPED WITH GOODYEAR DUNLAP TIRES, SIZE 235/55/R18. WHILE HAVING THE TIRES INSPECTED, THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TIRES HAD BECOME BALD AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE TIRES WERE REPLACED AT THE DEALER. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 7,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AND THE DEALER NOTICED THAT ALL FOUR TIRES WERE ROTTED AND CRACKED. THE DEALER RECOMMENDED THAT THE TIRES BE REPLACED. THE DEALER INFORMED HIM THAT THERE WERE NO RECALLS FOR THE TIRES AND THAT HE NEEDED TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER OF THE TIRES FOR ASSISTANCE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE ON THE VEHICLE AND TIRES WAS 13,000. THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 15,000.
