JAMMED FRONT PASSENGER BELT. UNABLE TO USE FRONT SEAT FOR PASSENGERS. BELT JAMMED WHEN TRYING TO BELT-IN.TO LEAVE OUR HOME. WENT TO DEALER SERVICE DEPT. MECHANIC TRIED TO PULL ON IT WITH NO RELEASE. AFTER CONFERRING WITH SUPERVISOR AND MANAGER, THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO HAVE A NEW SEAT-BELT UNIT INSTALLED. THAT PART WOULD COST $300. PLUS INSTALL CHARGES. SHOULD WE HAVE TO PAY FOR A SAFETY ISSUE MALFUNCTION WHICH PROHIBITS USE OF FRONT PASSENGER SEAT. THERE ARE ONLY 2 ADULTS IN THIS HOUSEHOLD.
