There are 4 stored owner reports matching the lighting leading-label group for the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica in our NHTSA-sourced dataset. These are unverified consumer reports and may not reflect confirmed defects.
This group counts stored reports whose component label starts with one of this site's matching prefixes, ignoring case. Each matching report counts once within the group. Components mentioned later in the label or only in the narrative are not searched. How component counts work

Open the full vehicle complaint log (all categories)Like many other Pacifica owners, my LED light on the passenger side flickers repeatedly when the vehicle is first started and then turns off.
WHILE DRIVING AT 66 MILES AN HOUR THE ESS WARNING LIGHT CAME ON BUT NOTHING ELSE OCCURRED. STOPPED AT REST AREA, TURNED VEHICLE OFF. LET VEHICLE SIT FEW MINUTES RESTARTED VEHICLE BUT THE ESS STAYED ON WITH NO OTHER EFFECTS.
IN THE FIRST 500 MILES OF DRIVING MY NEW PACIFICA ON AT LEAST 5 OCCASIONS I HAVE USED THE TURN SIGNAL AND WHILE PUSHING THE ARM TO SIGNAL I ALSO MANAGE TO PUSH IT FORWARD. I HAVE DONE THIS DURING THE DAY AND THEN WHEN NIGHT COMES I TURN ON THE HEADLIGHTS TO FIND THAT THEY START WITH HIGH BEAMS. AS I NEVER USE HIGH BEAMS THIS COMES AS A SURPRISE AND I DON'T EVEN THINK TO LOOK TO SEE IF IT HAPPENS UNTIL SOMEONE FLASHES THEIR LIGHTS AT ME. HAVING THE HIGH BEAMS ON UNEXPECTEDLY IS NOT SAFE. IT SHOULD BE MUCH HARDER TO ACCIDENTALLY (OR ON PURPOSE) TURN ON THE HIGH BEAMS. OR THERE SHOULD BE A WAY TO DISABLE THE [XXX] THINGS SO THEY NEVER GO ON. PARTS OF THIS DOCUMENT HAVE BEEN REDACTED TO PROTECT PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6).
AUTO HEADLIGHT DIMMERS STOPPED WORKING
Complaints are unverified consumer reports submitted to NHTSA. A high complaint count may reflect vehicle popularity, not defect severity. Data sourced from NHTSA public records.
NHTSA source checks for this vehicle year
Checks are recorded separately for each dataset, not for the whole page. Dates use UTC. A missing check date does not mean no records exist.
