The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the low-pressure tire warning light illuminated, indicating that the passenger’s side rear tire pressure was low. The contact pulled over and inflated the rear passenger’s side tire, but the warning light illuminated again days later. The vehicle was then taken for an oil change at dealer, and a slow leak was found on the side of the tire. The tire was not replaced by the dealer. The vehicle was taken to where the tires were purchased, and it was diagnosed that there was a slow leak through the sidewall of the passenger’s side rear tire, and the tire could not be repaired. The tire was replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and the contact was advised to return to the store for the tire to be evaluated. The failure mileage was approximately 57,414. Hi I have been driving for over 42 years & never had a tire valve fail on me. This past winter we drove cross country, form Pennsylvania to Arizona, pulling a 26' trailer. I am meticulous about monitoring my tire air pressure. We were heading back home in April & my TPMS system set off an alert that my driver's side rear tire was losing air. We pulled over & I changed out to our spare. I went to inflate the tire & discovered the leak was at the valve. The rubber had delaminated from the threaded tube. I had tire replaced just north of Nashville Tennessee. When we got home, I went to perform a tire rotation & discovered that the new tire(carried as a spare) had a bad valve. Firestone replaced that valve. 2 weeks ago, on my way home from a doctor's appointment, I had another valve fail. Again Firestone replaced it. My concern is 3 valves failing in 3 months time. Tires were purchased new 6/2024, valves were allegedly changed. 3 valves failures in 3 months from different Firestone locations separated by 1000 miles. I am looking to get a new set of tires before we go away again. I am leery of using Firestone, because of defective tire valves. Can you please look into this matter, and let me know the outcome ?

I just bought a 2018 ram 2500 tradesman yesterday and had the abs light came on today and stayed on. Read comments online and was advise to report this issue as a safety issue and possible class action law suit potential. Seems like many people have the same issue even with a barely use vehicle.
The ABS lights and traction control lights alarm keeps flashing on and off at random intervals) on my 2018 Ram 2500 4x4 with 18,000 miles on it. When the ABS Light and traction control light come on intermittently it also disengaged the cruise controls. At first it was here and there or when I hit a bump or turning the steering wheel right or left. Thought it was possibly a wheel speed sensor. Checked code with scanner and got “ABS pump motor control-general electrical failure”. Thought the issue was the ABS module based on my scan. I tried to find the part I had to call all over the place due to supply chain issues. When I spoke to a parts person from a dealership I explained the issue and code. He stated that the General Electric code failure was the HCU and not the ABS module. It’s bad when your cruising at the speed limit of 70 mile an you and the cruise control quits working an you ned to react to the traffic but, my real concern is that the ABS won't work and could cause the truck wheels to lock-up during a panic/hard stop.
