Uconnect screen not working properly due to delamination. When driving the screen will ghost click creating a beeping sound with every ghost click. This could be several hundred peeps per minute. The back up camera will come on while driving forward. In bad weather when you want the defrosters on it will not allow it or stay on defrost. It will switch to all different vent positions, change the air temps so you can't get your window clear. If you try and change it, it will immediately change it. I was pulling a 5th wheel through the mountains and it started to pour rain. I desperately needed defrost and it would not work properly for this reason. If you turn off the screen it will turn right back on. If you turn the volume down to zero you still hear beeping. This is very distracting as a driver. I can't even turn the radio or system off. The radio constantly is changing station and switching from FM to AM or Siri. You can't do anything to stop this ghost clicking.

The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the Automatic Climate Control display needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. TODAY (SUNNY, 65 DEGREES) WHILE DRIVING AT 60 MPH, ON HIGHWAY 120 IN MANTECA, CA (A 2 LANE HIGHWAY) WITH NO OTHER VEHICLES AROUND MY SUNROOF SPONTANEOUSLY SHATTERED. THE DOOR WINDOWS WERE NOT OPEN BUT THE REAR SLIDER WINDOW MAY HAVE BEEN OPEN. I WASHED THE VEHICLE EARLIER THIS WEEK AND DRIED THE WINDOWS IMMEDIATELY TO AVOID WATER SPOTS AND DID NOT NOTICE ANY CRACKS IN THE SUNROOF. THE SUNROOF HAS BEEN OPENED TWO, MAYBE THREE TIMES SINCE PURCHASING THE VEHICLE IN MAY 2019. THE VEHICLE HAS 10,800 MILES ON IT. I DROVE IMMEDIATELY TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SHOWED THEM WHAT HAPPENED. THEY STATED THEY'VE NEVER HEARD OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CAROLINE AND ALSO REPORTED IT WITH THEM AND I'M SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE A PHONE CALL ON MONDAY, MARCH 16.
