NOTICED UNDERBODY SHIELDS MISSING/ NOT INSTALLED. CONCERNED WITH DAMAGE RISK INCLUDING FIRE FROM CONVERTER BEING EXPOSED AND AN INCREASE IN FUEL DUE TO AERODYNAMIC LOSS. THE CENTER AND DRIVERS SIDE UNDERBODY SHIELDS (PLASTIC PANELS, FRONT OF VEHICLE DIRECTLY UNDER ENGINE) WERE NOT INSTALLED ON VEHICLE UPON DELIVERY AND OBSERVED THE ALL NEW PROMASTER VANS ON DEALERS LOT DID NOT HAVE THE SHIELDS DESCRIBED INSTALLED. DEALER COULD NOT GIVE ME AN EXPLANATION WHY THESE PANELS WERE NOT INSTALLED AT THE FACTORY BUT THAT I COULD BUY THEM. CONTACTED RAM REPRESENTATIVE SEVERAL TIMES, BUT THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED AND EXPLANATION. THESE PANELS ARE LISTED IN THE PARTS LIST AS UNDERBODY SHIELDS. *TR
